PERSONABLE RESPONSIVE Company

I bought two products in October 2021 I hesitated as they were considerably more expensive than similar lights online The 23cm illuminate strip is fantastic The magnetic strips are strong and battery life is excellent By January one of the lights stopped working Then in May the other light decided to retire Illuminate were exceptionally understanding Eight months after purchase they replaced both products Mighty impressed with the customer service Worth spending a little extra Personable and responsive company

Bought these lights 2 weeks ago my wardrobe was always very dark and there was no natural lighting or ceiling lights to see my clothes I saw this on Fb and decided to try it I think this is a great product and I still haven t needed to charge these lights the battery is crazy and lasts along time Deffo recommend

Great product no need for sockets or plugs Easy to install Could be used anywhere in house Children s bedroom elderly persons bedroom for light without turning on switches Smooth service too

Strip light for under my kitchen cupboard

I ordered a strip light to go under my kitchen cupboard to add some light to the worktop area It worked fine apart from the fact you have to wave your hand under it before it switches itself on I contacted customer services and Jillian has been fantastic She sent me a new light but unfortunately it did the same thing A smaller third light was sent out but it didn t keep it s charge for very long so in the end I was issued a refund Jillian really went above and beyond trying to sort this issue out for me but sadly I fear my kitchen cupboards are too deep for the light sensor to work at a 2 metre distance It s a good little light though and probably works much better when not placed under a kitchen cupboard A big thank you to Jillian for all her efforts and first class communication Happy New Year all

Very happy with my purchase of 10 light strips They are versatile and work It didn t take too long for the initial charge Extremely easy to install I put them in my various closets and the motion sensors work just as they should I am now considering some for under my kitchen cabinets

I have 2 60cm strip lights they look fantastic under my kitchen cupboards Very simple to install and operate I did have a problem with one of the strips but the support team rectified this almost immediately I would recommend this company and their products

Ordered 4 Illuminatestrips for kitchen wall units Easy ordering process The lights were so easy to install and are brilliant No more turning the lights on and off and they give a warm glow to the kitchen Would definetly recommend After sales service as well was excellent

Really great enduring and easy to install products of good quality Don t need more devices otherwise I d buy more of the IlluminateStripes 2 0 the customer service left me speechless not taking this experience nowadays for granted
