Beautiful colours

I ve ordered 4 time from home bargains for flowers and plants and honestly they ve been amazing not had 1 dead head or black brown petals and the plants are gorgeous even a plant expert said he couldn t believe the colours when he received it as a present

Excellent experience and great flowers

I have purchased from Home Bargains Flowers twice now once sunflowers as a gift for a friend to cheer her up which she loved and they stayed alive for a week or more The second time a bunch of luxury roses which were lovely and me and my sister shared half of the bunch between us and when they were about to die I changed their water as indicated and chopped away some of the stem and removed some of their leaves and again they stayed alive for a while over a week in fact with both lots of flowers so I haven t got anything to complain about My instructions for delivery were also followed Thank you for the excellent experience Home Bargain Flowers and Prestige Flowers Greatly recommended flowers in my profile

Excellent Service

Having in the past used the usual M S Waitrose for flower delivery and been disappointed even box through the post which broke the post box Thought its time to use someone else I didn t read the reviews prior to using Home Bargains and really glad I didn t A superb bouquet of Autumn flowers arrived at my friends on the pre arranged date and in wonderful condition

Superb Customer Service after Delivery Lost in Post

OK to start with things seemed not to be going well the flower order failed to arrive on the due date it still has not arrived - lost in post it seems we did not send tracked as had used before and had excellent service lovely flowers quickly delivered With posted flowers we realised it is not necessarily the suppliers fault if they posted them then the postal service is to blame however contacted customer support had great help from Juliana who could not do enough to put it right New delivery sent straight away and by tracked post which arrived the day after now that is what I call excellent customer service Will use again and highly recommend them I see some poor reviews around delivery which as I say is likely to be postal service rather than the company the fact that for us they dealt with it so well makes all the difference

I really was surprised to see the poor reviews I googled and found Home Bargains Flowers but see it s Prestige Flowers used I ve bought 2 bouquets - The Belle roses which lasted 10 days in my warm lounge The second were the carnations and gyp to take to my Grandmothers grave for what would have been her birthday Both orders were first class delivered on time in a tied bunch with wet padded base to prevent drying all inside a box to prevent damage in transit I was delighted with both and the price is excellent I ve just treated myself to a Christmas arrangement
