The whole support team is well trained and very helpful This is in stark contrast to my previous energy supply companies I appreciate Sabrina s speed of response and committment to making sure the switching is smooth

After many days trying to log in to the

After many days trying to log in to the new website without success I phoned and got Kadar who within minutes of me putting the phone down I was able to log in and download my meter readings Thank you

Wanted to give 5 stars but couldn t

Switched from EON to Home Energy based on price the transfer was simple and completed within 14days Communications with HE have been very good and they have always been able to help with sometimes obscure queries that I raise Pricing is excellent Compared to other suppliers I couldn t give them the 5th star for the following reasons 1 They can t read smart meters so back to the old days of manual submission and estimates 2 The Account management within the website is very basic however I do notice a few upgrades have been made in the past couple of months which is great just a bit more work to do I would like to see a drill down on the account balance that shows credits and debits for easier reconciliation In summary Im a happy customer who has already recommended them to other people

All great speed and easy of switch over A lot of relevant automated communication I would have given 5 star if it were disclosed that an upfront payment is taken on subscription in documentation rather than being told after sign up

online chat is very efficient and quick to solve problem however there seem to be design issue with the new website for submitting the meter reading Hope Home Energy will get this resolved soon
