I had a billing problem and the agent I spoke to called Kadar was extremely helpful and resolved the problem straight away Great service and he is a credit to the team there

I emailed Sabrina several times and she s so lovely Unlike other companies who use a detestable bot Sabrina is a real understanding person She puts you at ease covering any problems you have So I can recommend using this company giving them a max 5 stars for service and communication

Entered an incorrect meter reading

Entered an incorrect meter reading and then tried to correct it Not surprisingly it failed to allow me to make several different entries on same day but Sabrina in the Home Energy Chat room sorted it within 60 seconds - top service

Quick resolution

My issue was that I was unable to log into my account I sent an email requesting help outside of working hours and the issue was resolved promptly the following morning by Kim I have now been able to send in my opening meter readings Thanks Kim -

Query - Tariiff

I contacted Home Energy via chat due to my Account not having any information of my tariff amount already paid and meter readings These were sorted the next day so very happy with the quick response Thanks Kadar
