I spoke to Ciaran P today about 2 letters received from home ground on the same day suppling Ciaran with the dates of both letters Ciaran explained straight away the problems they were having with the delivery of their letters by royal mail I found Ciaran to be very understanding and extremely helpful and efficient it was a pleasure to speak with him

Generous arrangements
I did not pay the ground rent on time due to an outdated correspondence perhaps I ought to pay for late charge which costs 165 HomeGround Management Ltd considered my case and eventually removed the late charges I am thrilled with this Thank you for their prompt response and effectively solve my issue Thx to Zainab LS and Ciaran P particularly Great company

Asset Operation at Homeground
My interaction was with the Asset Operations team specifically two administrators Charlene and Shanice and so my review relates specifically to that Both were so patient with me answering all my email questions and advising on how to complete a form They knew exactly what the various terms meant because for a lay person they can be confusing Both of them in turns responded to my questions within 24 hours They do a brilliant job and are a real asset to HomeGround My only issue was that HomeGround does not have a customer phone line all my queries could have been sorted with one call but Charlene and Shanice go a long way in making up for that Thank you both Keep up the good work

Fee details for moving
I needed details about fees for my move Pip was excellent she was able to support and help me and answer all my questions Pip not only talked me through the information I needed she also kindly put this into an email which I received immediately after my telephone call When I called I was only on hold for a few minutes waiting to get through and the services was prompt and effective Much appreciated
