A brutally honest review Of my personal experience with HomeTree as a house holder needing to contact your insurer for help you are already anxious about being able to get through and organise a potential repair so I was pleasantly surprised to note that within the call options there was an option for people with vulnerabilities I have a visual impairment so was able to access this option and found the resulting customer representative attentive and patient with listening and understanding my issue The customer representative then explained the process and also the procedure that she would carry out with regards to booking a timeslot for a visit she also explained about the ongoing communication both via text message and email that I would receive with regards to confirmation of booking and notification of intended visit The received communication both text and email were concise and also detailed where required providing contact details for both visiting engineer and also contact centre I felt completely reassured that my concern was a priority and that I would receive the help needed Following the visit the engineer was Quick to understand the area of issue and set about a repair and also ensuring that the problem no longer existed He also at various steps Took time to explain what he had done and pointed out the area of issue If you are worried about an elderly parent or know someone with a vulnerability then please recommend HomeTree as a potential provider A huge thanks to both the customer representative and two Rory The visiting engineer

After many years with British Gas we finally got fed up with the ever rising price of their Homecare package Hometree provides an identicle service at a much better price for new customers Cover was arranged over the phone by a very competent lady my call was answered within two minutes and could not have been easier to complete
