Refuse to take responsibility for package mislabeling which led to it being delivered to the other side if the country Ignores all email correspondence with generic contact your local mail carrier response Will not give the refund or do any work thats required of them to resolve the issue with mail carriers

Don t buy anything there I placed an order at the beginning of December Parcel has been stuck somewhere in Germany and doesn t move since 10 Dec Today 14 Feb I paid 20 for delivery Support is just ignoring or answering like they read my message for the first time

Fraudulent company
Charged me for import taxes then commit tax fraud by declaring my purchase as a gift and understating its value by a lot hence not paying custom taxes Knowing that the 20 VAT I paid went straight to their account is just infuriating I contacted them to ask for explanation but of course they don t reply AVOID this company at all cost Also while I ordered on their website directly the packet seems to have been sent by and went trough through 2 dummy corporations which I believe is a way to protect their fraudulent methods

After sending some questions about their products did recieve answer I get Spam from them and they dont quit No Unsubscibe no reply nothing Really stupid way to loose potential customers I still havent ordered anything Keep away

I was naively about to enter my payment
I was naively about to enter my payment information and address- my password manager program automatically popped up giving me a warning - which has never happened with any other site I did some digging for what other people thought and sure enough people are saying it s a fraudulent company It seemed sketchy to me but I was willing to overlook it Not anymore

I bought a screwdriver from them It has a nice assortment of bits that come with it I had no problem using it to assemble electronics or furniture The drawback is that because it is short there are places it cannot reach Overall ok

HOTO inflater Portable is small enough to keep in my trunk Because of the battery and the fact that this is a pump it s not the lightest thing ever but it is easy to pack around Easy to charge as it uses USB C I use this as an emergency pump in case I have a flat which I had 3 sad luck for me
