STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS WEBSITEI ordered 2 hoverboards in December last year They arrived very quickly and were what I had ordered On the 31st January I sent the first email to the company saying that there was a problem with the one of the hoverboards 59 emails then passed back and forward They promised they would sort the problem would fix the hoverboard etc but it never happened eben though there was a 1 year warranty with it So my daughter got to use her hoverboard for 4 weeks that Santy brought her I know lots of people will be looking at ordering hoverboards for Christmas so I just wanted to warn others out there in plenty of time to stay well clear of this site I wish I had done my homework more before I ordered from them They are a company that operate in Asia and look legit but they are not Hope this review helps someone out

If I could give 0 stars I would
If I could give 0 stars I would hoverboard broke within weeks of getting it Got it fixed myself costing 70euro Lots of emails back and forth to be then blocked by them Wish I never gave them my money Nothing but problems with it from day 1

Scam artists
Bought 2 in Dec 2019 1 broke in March 2020 wouldn t take it back they told me to get it fixed locally and that they would refund me they recommended a company who collected it and return it repaired 135 euro was the total bill which I paid they then stopped answering my emails Avoid at all costs

Please stay clear Chinese website not Irish Hoverboard arrived but didn t work They wanted us to bring the board to a private residence in Naas it is close to you for a new battery They would refund us the cost of the new battery afterwards yeah right They have no intention of refunding or sending replacement I presume they will block our emails soon The customer care phone numbers are not in operation We paid through PayPal will look for refund there but more importantly will flag them as a scam website with PayPal which should hurt Expensive lesson learnt Unfortunately a Santa present so very annoying all round

Scam stay away Ordered segway product got some cheap chinese copy Contacted them but they wont give me the information on how to send it back Keep offering a discount even do i said no 3 times Just trying to get the one week to go bye so i cant return it any more Opened up a case on paypal

BLACK FRIDAY WARNING I bought a hoverboard last year from this site for my son s Christmas present Lasted 2 days Thankfully Ken Blacks was open and I was able to get another one but losing my money to hoverboard Ireland Very complicated complaint process about uploading videos to YouTube but I the board was obviously faulty and likely unsafe Website is not Irish First scam I ve been subject to and learned my lesson Read the other reviews before purchase SCAM
