DONT DO IT
As others have stated it appears nobody has received their purchase Received an email with a nice picture saying my mower had arrived and would be dispatched by 20th August and I would receive a tracking number Then received another mail to say that my mower didn t come with the first delivery but was here now and I would have a tracking number and delivery by Tuesday 27th 100 guaranteed No tracking number and no mower received despite their guarantee No response to emails and now their phone seems to be disconnected Glad I paid via PayPal as I have now started the dispute process to get my money back If you re considering dealing with this company DONT DO IT Absolutely disgraceful although guessing these guys are scamming scumbags so they won t care and will likely set up another website and do the same again Edit I received an automated email late last night 28th August to say my mower was shipped and also an email from DPD with a tracking number but like Martin has said in his review DPD are awaiting the item so it has not been shipped yet and I can only assume DPD will not receive it and this is just to try and delay things Also the dimensions of the box listed according to the tracking number are 10cm x 10cm x 10cm which tells its own story tbh I have emailed again to say I do not want the mower and to issue my refund through the process that I had already started with PayPal Edit 2 Nobody will be surprised to hear that DPD never received anything to deliver to me I would guess Damiens review must be Bruno in disguise Edit 3 30 08 2024 Nice to hear from you Barry Claire Bruno or whatever your real name is with your generic copy and paste reply you have given to everyone here As per my multiple emails which have not been replied to I want my money refunded as you have not supplied my mower in the agreed timeframe thank you Edit 4 05 09 2024 After receiving an email from Bruno 31 08 stating that my mower would be coming in the next batch which would be in 2 weeks time and as a good will gesture he had refunded the money for mower but was keeping the deposit and then when the mower arrived I could pay the balance again The guy is delusional and tells so many lies he catches himself out in his emails He had ignored the fact that I had asked for a full refund I then received another email 02 09 telling me that because of my PayPal complaint his PayPal account was locked and that he could not access the funds to pay for the next shipment from his suppliers Needless to say I did not withdraw my complaint and finally to day after a lot of work on my part between dealing with mowers ie and PayPal I received the refund of deposit I stand by my original statement If you are thinking of purchasing from Mowers ie don t do it Everything about this company is a lie As others have stated the About us on their website is total fabrication Edit 5 10 09 24 Mowers ie did not process my refund they have just updated their response below to make it look that way but this is not the case Despite me asking multiple times I had to raise a dispute through PayPal and wait for PayPal to make a decision the refund had nothing to do with Mowers ie PayPal agreed to issue my refund once they had reviewed my case and my submissions The comment updated below by Mowers ie is just more lies to make it look like they had made the decision themselves to issue a full refund which they most definitely did not Strong suspicion that the positive reviews here are fake a lot of the language used in the positive reviews is very similar Easy enough to set up using a fake name

Same experience as everybody else paid the 3200 for Luba 5000 and nothing delivered got the same emails it will be delivered by the end of the week then 100 delivered by next Tuesday yesterday blah blah blah rang company 78 times over the past week and straight to a answering machine with a dude with an American accent DPD are about to send us a tracking number any minute yeah sure they are Even though they don t answer your calls emails they seem to be monitoring trustpilot to see what people are saying about them By the way if the email you got saying the lawnmower will be delivered 100 by Tuesday 27th august and it had a pretty picture of lubas sitting in the driveway of a house the address is 75 Rochestown Ave D n Laoghaire Dublin A96 YR13 Bruno Rosa - Wedding and Elopement Photographer Is also registered to this address and as in the about us section on mowers ie it says Barry and Bruno set up mowers ie If anybody is local and can calll by to see what the story is EDIT to Damien hi Damien you got a personal invite to Bruno s house to collect your Luba may I just ask how this came about as I don t know anybody else who has been invited to his house to collect our lawnmowers I presume you have already been around to his house and collected it as you have given him a 4 star review and said you would use them again Obviously you wouldn t give the stars before the Luba was in your hands ThanksEDIT 2 30 08 24Well after two weeks after paying over 3k I got the DPD message to say it will be picked up 2 9 24 you guys got it before me and it turned out to be absolute bull We will see I see some guys got their Luba today so thanks Bruno for that if you over sold for the amount of Lubas you got just be straight with us or if the amount u got in wasn t the amount you ordered just say guys I messed up and I don t have them here s your Money back I m really sorry people

Absolutely terrible
Ordered a Luba 5000 a few weeks back as it offered a deposit option so you d get it when the container arrived paid 400 euro deposit around the start of June and the remaining 2800 a few days ago Got an email saying the shipment was in and I would expect an email from DPD soon that email has never came and it s been a full week now I ve tried ringing multiple times and sent emails to all of their accounts but getting no where I just want my money back Edit The mower was supposed to be here today and after being guaranteed 100 it would be here surprise surprise no mower Can you please just cancel my order and send me my money back I will be returning the mower to you if you send it to me and demanding a refund Another edit The mower actually came today Everything seems to be legit enough I d prefer my money back and actually purchase it through a proper garden or machinery shop but I can t go through that again I would never recommend buying anything off of Bruno it s not worth the hassle and the stress I m just happy to have received the item granted it was 2 weeks late If anything goes wrong with the mower I am not expecting any after sales support off of them but mammomation look to take control of any problems that arise I hope Not really ideal to be thinking like that however it seems like it s going to be the case My advice if you re looking to buy a Luba 2 find somewhere else call the store before you purchase and make sure they answer the phone

mowers ie follows the playbook of an online scammer
I am deeply disappointed by my experience with mowers ie who just seem to lie and lie and lie to their paying customers It has been 3 months since I placed my order and paid an initial deposit And it is a month since I paid for the mower in full The website still said that this item was in stock until this week I received a number of automated emails between first ordering and final payment promising me life changing lawn events and telling me how close to delivery my mower was But once I paid in full the emails stopped as did all communications This is exactly how scammers operate - doing everything they can to encourage you to give them more money and once you do they disappear and you never hear from them again After many support emails and phone calls with no response they finally responded with a guaranteed delivery day but forgot to include any tracking details At this stage after reading about these con-men on various forums and review sites I was not unduly surprised when the guaranteed delivery date arrived and the package did not They no longer respond to email Phoning them gets a we are very busy and you are in a queue automated recording - you get to leave a message if you wait for a while But nobody responds Hopefully future potential customers of these scammers find these reviews before making the same mistake as the rest of us who now have to request refunds or reverse charges on credit cards or even get solicitors involved

Worst company I have ever dealt with to
Worst company I have ever dealt with to lack of customer service reccommend to avoid at all cost I should have know to avoid when I couldn t make contact with the prepurchase to answer my questions rang atleast 5 time no answer or no call back Then found a very good offer on there website made my purchase Paid my money Company totally changed the offer after I purchased without telling me I have made a complaint about this but have not recicieved This is the level of service I have relieved and have not received my lawnmower yet I actually don t know what level of service to expect if there was a fault with lawnmower I would know as I have not got that far and I m having issues avoid this company at all cost total lack of response to my complaints

Stay clear
I recently bought a Luba 2 from these guys online They did not deliver would not answer their phone and have still not provided me with a receipt They will not respond to my calls or emails I found their location 75 Rochestown Avenue Dun Laoghaire - A96YR13 and had to make 3 visits to their home I was very disappointed to find out they do not have a shop but operate from a van parked in their driveway I do not expect that they will provide any backup service I regret getting my mower of them and strongly advise for you to say clear I will be sending my emails and concerns directly to Luba I have just read through some other reviews and I am sure it is illegal to refuse to give refunds for something he can t deliver on time Brono was asked from me and so many others for refunds and it seems he has not given any He needs to be reported to the right governing bodies Brono please do not write a sincere apology follow-up to this I know it is all BS just like all your copy and paste response below Signed Very unhappy customer

I ordered and paid for a robot lawn
I ordered and paid for a robot lawn mower on the 27th of May the company promised to deliver it by June 12th both on their website and confirmed over the phone June 12th came and went and radio silence tried calling but for three days in a row all I got was an automated answering service no response to several emails either Eventually got a reply following a question on a public forum saying I m now not going to get the mower until July 23rd obviously unacceptable Although they are offering a refund they claim there is a 3 6 percent card processing fee Update 17th June 2024 They have just processed a refund and taken 58 as a cost of doing business with this shower They held 2949 of mine for almost three weeks delivered nothing and it cost me 58 Stay well clear of them

Shockingly bad
I ordered a Luba2 mower in May and at that time there was no indication on the website that the mower wasn t in stock Fast forward four months and still no mower only a string of excuses They ve ignored every single email I ve sent them and have stopped answering the phone At this stage I m 90 convinced this is a scam operation It seems like you re checking this review site if the mower hasn t arrived by Friday I ll be speaking to my solicitor to see what option are available to me to recover the money you took from me ---------UPDATE 30 08 24After having previously been told the mower I ordered was in the country and ready for dispatch I got another mail today saying We received the batches of LUBAs separately and we prioritized shipping to customers who had placed their orders first Your order is scheduled to be delivered in the next batch which is arriving next week Bruno and Barry I have had enough of your lies just give me the refund I ve asked you for
