Handed in my water damaged Macbook Air with the hope that they would be able to recover my data They claimed that it was not possible to mount the disk so I had to pay 500 DKK for the attempt However I found it hard to believe that water had damaged the SSD so I ordered an adapter online and I was able to recover the data without any issues On that basis I must conclude that they had either not tried or not used the appropriate adapter

We ordered a MacBook air 2 weeks before picking it up for a Birthday present We were told to expect an email confirming this NEVER Received one and impossible to contact the store Only the service desk that gave us the run around On the day we should pick up the Macbook we were told they didn t have one But they showed us the inventory list and it showed that they had 3 request and 2 units available And we were 2 But they still wouldn t give us the Macbook we had to go to the OTHER location and ask BEG for the product we had already ordered Luckily the service in that Store was MUCH better and the sales agent was able to find a demo model for us But that still took over an hour Overall VERY disappointed I bought a Iphone SE 2020 on APPLE dk the same day and it was delivered the next no problems I will be buying all apple products online from now on

To date the worst customer service treatment I have ever experienced After having purchased a brand new iPhone Pro 13 4 days previously whose battery was barely lasting 8 hours after full charge I went to the store to ask for assistance a replacement a new battery The people in Vesterbrogade directed me to N rreport where apparently the technicians are based After taking it there they investigated the phone and found 0 issues because the battery health 100 they then proceeded to give me the phone back with NO BATTERY Would you pick up a car from a garage with no petrol Though some staff members were understanding generally I find their attitude rude obnoxious and incredibly unwilling to listen or help Being called bro by staff members is also not something I appreciate Will certainly be taking the entire situation higher because this cannot and should not be legal when selling faulty products to customers
