This is an update to my review below since I have been in contact with Hyperstech with regard to both the ECHO heater and the Health Watch I am pleased to report that the company handled my complaints in a prompt and professional manner and they have now refunded me in full for both products My updated review gives them 5 stars for excellent customer service I received the echo heater today in Canada s and it I d totally useless to me as it requires a 220 volt outlet and Canada is 12O volt it will not work here even with an adaptor Why they would sell it to someone in a country that Cannot use it is Beyond me And I received the watch the day Before as stated it is junk the band Broke before I could even get it on my wrist I am seeking a full refund on Both products and if they are a reputable company they will accommodate my request have texted them if not it is a scam designed specifically to dupe seniors
