I bought a bag on April 27th I just received it on May 23rd The bag is or was being advertised as 100 genuine cowhide leather It is not its plastic or faux leather I asked many times if this was indeed real leather and they said yes 100 Also the bag I ordered was the Medium size I received the small I have emailed them 2 times no response back I paid alot of money for a faux leather bag and the wrong size Please do not waste your money on this company They are not honest

I placed an order for a Gucci case for my S23 ultra First I received an email telling me to make the payment when I already had The order was placed on 9 13 23 and I have yet to receive a tracking number saying it has shipped No one has responded back to my emails and you don t get an answer when you call My bank refunded my money for this bogus transaction Go elsewhere

I find their response laughable If they really wanted to make this right they would have contacted me personally and not some fake public display They make it seem like its a small error oh well we are sorry They know full well that their products are not leather and that the size of the bag is not the same as their website

Horrible Customer service Experience

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra phone case from this company on July 11 2024 I received the order on July 25 2024 but encountered an issue as the phone cover did not have back-camera holes Consequently I emailed them the next day requesting a return address for a refund They responded offering two options for the return The first option was to provide a return address and issue a refund upon receiving the item The second option was to provide a free folio cover with a back camera hole that fits my Samsung S22 Ultra This cover would be free of charge and I could keep it without needing to return the original item I opted for the second option After not hearing back from them or receiving anything in the mail for 3 weeks I reached out to them on August 15 and 16 2024 asking for a return address for a refund as I no longer needed the replacement phone cover They replied on August 16 2024 apologizing for the delay and stating they would send the replacement cover ASAP However the replacement cover never arrived I sent them another email on August 29 2024 after another 2 weeks requesting the return address for a refund and I have not received a response It has been almost a month now with no response This business is unethical and I advise against purchasing from them
