Clothing is decent quality but the customer service and overall shopping experience is one of the worst that I have ever come across Tracking was provided immediately after payment before it was even shipped then told it was actually shipped 4 days later The customer service team couldn t even find my order after supplying them with all the information necessary and then ghosted me Then when it eventually arrived like weeks after with no response to any of my previous customer service emails they decided to reply saying can you please confirm you received your items in a good condition 2 days after it had been delivered Also the cheek to charge 5 delivery and it comes labelled as Royal Mail 48 it s like dealing with Temu but actually thats a bit harsh or Temu

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING Put my order in during black friday sales Came back to me a week later saying one of the 4 items of clothing I ordered were out of stock and offered for me to choose another item of clothing to replace it with Chose a replacement and sent them the choice I made to add to my order Heard nothing back for 3 days only to receive a reply telling me all 4 items were now out of stock and offering me to choose 4 new items as replacements At that point I requested a refund This was more than 3 days ago and still no reply IM getting REALLY ANGRY

Such a poor set up Ordered over 3 weeks ago and my package still hasn t been sent Trying to contact their support team daily at this stage and not hearing anything back Avoid

AVOID this company Ordered 11 days ago and it still hasn t arrived to the courier I needed the order for an event - so disappointing

One of the worst site to buy your stuffs from Anyone who can read in English don t buy from these guys Return of items at your own cost how pathetic less quality stuffs for high price be my guest And the process to reply you can take ages with an excuse they are busy Busy sleeping In all Bad material bad return process and won t advice anyone to buy unless you have the time to deal with their bullshit

Can t recommend at all First they don t cancel my order in time and still ship it then I ask me to send it back on my costs and afterwards the customer service simply ignores your messages Please buy anywhere else but here

DON T WASTE YOUR MONEY I ordered 2 items on 16th of November and still not arrived yet Tried to contact them on numbers of occasions and they replay once I requested refund as they did NOT deliver and they absolutely ignore my emails The worst company you can order from I wish I checked the reviews prior my order

I should have read the reviews B4 I ordered They offered a 2 for 1 on the TECH trousers I ordered and the website only me allowed to purchase one I contacted them immediately after purchase to advise and was told a few days later they were unable to provide me with the promotion offer since it had already passed I wrote back advised I purchased the products in good faith my bank was debited so why not own up to this Today they have the unmediated gall to offer me a 10 voucher as compensation This is not acceptable and I ll be escalating this to the Better Business Bureau

The item ordered took WEEKS to arrive It did not fit all too well following guidance from ICON regarding sizing as the sizing guidance on the website is useless Back and forth emails regarding an exchange also took additional weeks They said the item I wanted as part of the exchange wasn t available when the website clearly said it was All the above took it way above the 14-day return period it actually took weeks I did mention as part of my emails that due to them taking so long to deliver and responding to my emails the 14-day period should not be applied yet they still didn t allow for a refund When it comes to returns this is the worst company I ve ever dealt with You have to sort the entire thing out yourself which ends up costing a lot They do not make it easy for you at all A company of this calibre really should offer return labels even if it costs the customer a little For convenience sake if nothing else On top of this they send so many marketing emails a day - they double up on the same email Do they not realise this is annoying and not ordinary Please sort out your customer services communication sizing guidance and marketing comms Won t be ordering again

They never sent me the pants that I order and the tracking number they provided was for a completely different package idk how that is possible but it was for something that mom order which was food I had email them with pictures of the package The box weight 8lb and the shipping on the box was for 26 when I only order 2 pants and the shipping the I pay them was 10 I email them no reply message them on Facebook no reply so now hopefully my credit card can dispute it
