Customer canceled with us within 24 hours of us making our order Ikonic wanted to charge a 40 restocking fee before the order was due for delivery We are a small company and now have to dispose of 3k of equipment at a loss to pay for ikonics greed We saved little more than a few pounds by not making the order from regular websites

Such a scam They are liers and professional scammers hiding behind their technicians They send me a broken tv and I have proof it arrived like that and now they are refusing to refund me even after they admitted it happened during the delivery They recovered the broken tv and now refuse to refund or exchange and let me with nothing I m a disabled person and they are taking advantage of the customers like me Disgusting company and Disgusting behaviour I m gonna keep fighting and telling everyone how dodgy and bad they are

Ikonic Technology Ltd Trading on Amazon as I T LTD FREE NEXT DAY delivery promised my partner and I next-day delivery of a Samsung The Frame tv for a price inflated over another vendor with better Amazon reviews but which might take a few days more to deliver We were beguiled by Ikonic Technologies promise of next-day delivery and purchased from them But Ikonic Technology Ltd let us down And continue to let us down We re way past the promised delivery date We have no TV We re 400 out of pocket We could have paid less and got our TV by now had we not been duped by Ikonic Technology Ltd s false promises The company insist the courier is at fault Britain s arguably most respected courier insist they have never received the item only a request to ship and await receipt of said item When the company were advised we were considering referring Ikonic Technology Ltd s Amazon spinoff to Trading Standards we were told to go ahead in the manner of So I T LTD FREE NEXT DAY delivery IKONIC TECHNOLOGY LIMITED maintain they can t help us But hey you have our money and our goods and we re left out of pocket big-time - and you say it isn t your problem We won t be buying from Ikonic Technology Ltd or their Amazon storefront again And we are now referring them to Trading Standards
