We bought Miroslav 2 Orchestra - there were simply problems downloading the individual sound modules - finally the support provided the download and the installation directly as a link in the IK Multimedia Portal Finally one click was enough and now it runs and sounds great

I had purchased a return sales item

I had purchased a return sales item from a local audio shop the IK Multimedia hardware came with free software and I m a bit OCD where if I buy something and it has a serial number register I must register it The item I bought had no paper work or serial number in the box and really wanted the free software and a other bits and pieces I was entitled to from buy their product I sent IK an email about it and thought id check my emails in a day or two for the response thinking it would be a few days before I get any reply Within an hour or two I had the response from Jason IK Multimedia my product was registered and I was jamming away on AmpliTube 5SE The crew at IK Multimedia have been so helpful Nothing but 5 stars for the team Best company I ve dealt with Highly Recommend
