Disappointing stay at IKOS ODISIA
Feel sad to write this review because I have always rated Ikos so highly but after our recent stay at Odisia in Corfu I don t think I will go to Ikos again It was really poor in terms of cleanliness service food and beverage and general atmosphere Such a shame but the resort needs a lot of work

disappointing stay at Ikos Porto Petro
My wife and I have been to Ikos Porto Petro twice this year in April and mid September staying in Deluxe each time Unfortunately we had already booked the September holiday before we had a disastrous holiday in April otherwise we might have reconsidered The staff at Porto Petro were generally lovely helpful and friendly The hotel is beautiful and the scenery around it is stunning We met some lovely people staying at the hotel However this only tells half the story of our holiday We will not discuss the September visit so we will only review our April holiday The most shocking experience we suffered was when my wife and I were sitting in Seasons Deluxe restaurant on our first day having breakfast All of a sudden I was on the floor laying on my side after a leg on my chair broke This could have been fatal The leg on the chair literally snapped half way down not even in the joint I was in shock The staff were so quick to remove the chair that they initially did not check on me They just wanted to remove the evidence of the broken chair and didn t seem concerned about me laying on the floor It was all very embarrassing The consequences could have been catastrophic I suffered injuries to my arm and foot thankfully not to my head and nothing was broken It obviously spoilt our holiday as for the remaining days I was very wary of the chairs that I sat on whichever restaurant or bar we were in My wife and I could not get the incident out of our heads Not one manager came to see us during the entirety of our holiday to see how we were or to apologise or to enquire how my injuries were This was amazingly poor customer service from management Numerous health and safety regulations were breached No accident report was completed either at Seasons or anywhere else so my wife and I had to break in to our well deserved holiday by reporting the accident myself to reception We were told by a member of staff that this was not the first chair to break although it was the first time one had broken with someone sitting on it During our April holiday I also found a hair in my salmon while eating lunch outside The server suggested to me that it had blown in on the breeze but I told her I actually found it in my salmon This was a breach of food safety regulations We had the Tesla for a day which was great John was a joy on the Tesla desk so friendly and helpful We had requested a packed lunch the previous night for our trip out next day When we picked the car up there was no lunch John chased it up for us we received it and when we opened it at our destination we noticed the ham was mouldy and the bananas were brown We checked the date of the packed lunch and noticed it was dated the previous day so it was all stale This was another breach of health and safety regulations Again despite reporting it to reception we had no apology from management During our stay a number of items went missing from our room including a bottle of wine and chocolates Again we received no management involvement regarding this theft Our deluxe concierge was useless He was conspicuous by his absence throughout our holiday He never checked how we were We never received the Deluxe Whatsapp messages that guests were supposed to receive and he also didn t reply to the messages that I sent him He was no support at all Although we were Deluxe guests we were not given the advertised leaving gift We are usually very positive and upbeat people but sadly after a disastrous holiday we have to be truthful on this occasion and therefore negative A warning to future guests at Ikos Porto Petro - beware of faulty dangerous chairs and management conspicuous by their absence

Incredible holiday at Ikos Dassia
Our stay at Ikos Dassia was nothing short of extraordinary The Superior Double Room Inland View exceeded our expectations with its spacious layout and practical amenities A private garden area provided a serene escape and the stocked minibar customizable with advance requests reflected the staff s dedication to guest satisfaction If you find the pillows uncomfortable you can choose from a pillow menu The exceptional service was a hallmark of our stay The staff s commitment to guest comfort was evident in every interaction Marco our concierge was remarkable taking care of our every need from restaurant reservations to arranging the Tesla drive The team s attention to detail was unparalleled enhancing every dining and leisure experience The adult-only pool offered a serene escape while the array of activities catered to every preference Tandem parasailing and waterskiing were thrilling adventures and the spa provided relaxation The wine tasting experience was educational and engaging and the sunset cruise to Corfu Town was a tranquil journey through history As for the dining experience our journey was an exploration of flavours I would highly recommend visiting each of the restaurants over the duration of your stay The wine selection and cocktail options were extensive while the breakfast buffet at Flavours was a masterpiece in itself You can call ahead to request specific drinks snacks and if they are available in Corfu they will source these for you In conclusion our stay at Ikos Dassia was a true masterpiece The exceptional service diverse activities and tantalizing dining experiences set a new standard for luxury travel We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment and eagerly anticipate our return a testament to the unforgettable memories we ve created here

You just can t go wrong with Ikos
I recently spent 10 heavenly days at Ikos Oceania my 2nd Ikos experience after Olivia in 2020 Words are never enough to say how superlative the experience has been You always succeed in going so far above and beyond my expectations even though my expectations are already so high I would like to acknowledge the wonderful service we received from the following people at Ikos Oceania and would appreciate it if you would ensure that their outstanding service is acknowledged by management I know the list is long but that is testament to how the Ikos ethos of exemplary customer service really does permeate right through the organisation They are all a great credit to you I could write volumes about what each of them did for us but suffice it to say they were all just amazing in the way they looked after us and enriched our stayLet me start with those who were truly magnificent after my Mum injured her leg thankfully on the last day - Florin Petros the wonderful Lifeguard whose name I am afraid I have forgotten and of course the fantastic Doctor Eirini Mavropoulou The speed with which they came to my Mum s aid was such that she got to the doctor s office so quickly that she was able to stitch the deep wound without her having to go to the hospital I cannot thank them enough The team at the Beach Club who literally catered to our every need and made my Mum s birthday so extra special Emma Despina Thomas the barman who made all our cocktails with love including our very own Despina Special - highly recommended if you visit Zenia Nelly Podromos Popi and Veselin A special mention to for Despina from your housekeeping team who literally never stopped cleaning in and around the Beach Club all day Also the Beach Buddies Kostas with his broom twisting and Glorious Gregorios While I m talking about the beach I must thank Panogiotis aka Panos with his constant smile for making our dinner on the sand sitting on bean bags so special In the restaurants special mention must go to our dear Thekla in Provence Athina also in Provence who looked after us on Thekla s day off and Anna in Anaya All these wonderful women made our dining experiences second-to-none Our sincere thanks also go to Alex who went above and beyond in helping us I would also like to thank all your amazing housekeeping staff led by Suzanna who tirelessly worked to keep all the rooms immaculate and the excellent buggy drivers who always ferried us around with a smile Last but not least the wonderful management team of Vangelis Maria and George How special it is to find a business where senior management take time to listen talk and interact You are amazing Wonderful wonderful - can t wait for the next one

Dream holiday destination
Stayed in both Olivia and Andalusia and loved both Ikos Resorts I highly recommend them It s not cheap but it s worth what you pay

Ikos Aria Hotel in Kos
We went to the Ikos Aria in Kos for 7 days in September I can honestly say I have never experienced a holiday like it Outstanding We were met at the door by our own member of staff who talked us through all that we could expect at this beautiful resort When we got to our clean spacious and bright room our cases were already there The room had a beautiful view out to sea and a fully stocked mini bar There are 7 restaurants with a selection of culinary delights and polite attentive staff At the Ouzo Bilys was exceptional as was Anna at Flavours There are a number of pools including adult pool Towels are provided and lie awaiting your arrival on the comfortable sun beds The ocean is just yards away and the same applies We used the Beach bar during the day and a special mention goes to Vasiliana and Isik who were so attentive Special thanks to Alex there who kept putting baileys in my Vanilla milk shakes and rum in my chocolate ones lol Music is occasionally provided by the DJ Pantiles The music is unobtrusive and relaxing In the evening we used the lobby bar special mention here to the lovely Lucy who worked especially hard for us and provided biscuits when my wife had a sugar issue lol Entertainment in the evening was generally in the open theatre My god how proffessional how talented Nothing was too much trouble for the hard working staff Without them that holiday would not take place Booked to go back in September that must speak volumes

My wife and I have stayed at Ikos twice and it is nothing short of amazing Literally from the warm towel to wipe down the second you walk in the lobby to the moment you leave it s an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable experience We are already planning our next trip as soon as we can save up By far the best

a great brand for service and detail
We have just returned from a stay at Ikos Aria on the island of Kos The staff there could not do enough for you - we even had our sunglasses cleaned on the beach - essential when you have two small grandchildren with you The brand is all about service and small details that make all the difference Eg the second row of sunbeds umbrellas on the beach are staggered so that you have an uninterrupted view of the sea It is clear that the staff are well trained The resort general manager enjoys interacting with the guests every day and is happy to chat with everyone which was lovely to see Everywhere was clean and tidy with lovely garden spaces The choice of bars restaurants pools entertainment options are many and varied I would highly recommend a stay at an Ikos resort this is our second holiday with them It is not a cheap holiday but you do get what you pay for and is well worth it

IKOS DASSIA fantaaaaastiiiic
We had just our 8th stay in the Ikos Resorts Like always at Ikos our stay was fantastic in Dassia The restaurants have got an upgrade in quality compared to our previous stay Due to covid-rules there were no buffets in the restaurants except Flavors so it was a la carte The private pool was heated The Eros psyche wine is still delicious Thanks to Mr Dambas and Mr Smeets for your help and hospitality
