is okay but the course needed to uploaded well sometime you click like 2 to 3 times before it load up to do the course

I really have a good learning experience The audio make it more clear and easier to understand thank you

Upon purchasing this course I needed to wait a day or so for an email with information to access it The course consisted of a numerous amount of convenient to watch videos with useful information and tips of ways to increase confidence The course lasted around an hour but took me longer as I wrote notes to support me The course included several useful resources including worksheets to write down strengths weaknesses and daily affirmations etc I enjoyed the course and feel I benefitted from it considering it was only an hour and accessible for a year after purchase I was a little confused at how to access my certificate as it came up but I couldn t download it or print it After a mild panic that like other sites have done prior I may have been mislead the certificate was free when it wasn t I thoroughly checked the website to discover I had to fill out a short form and wait upto 24 hours to have access to the PDF certificate I requested Other options were available such as hard copy and transcript but they were quite pricey so i was happy with the PDF All in all for 12 including a PDF certificate I think the course is worth it and a great contribution to myself and my CPD file

Course was very good and I enjoyed the assignment more than doing a multiple choice exam Had trouble submitting my assignment but the provider was quick to email and confirm receipt

It was very educative and a real collective work was put into this course i must say almost like going back to the class room and very crucial areas were covered and i must say bravo for a great job done

The course was very educative and very easy to understand My problem is that it s been 2 days I completed the Level 3 Diploma in Health Social Care Care Certificate Standards 1 to 15 course delivered by IOMH but I have not received my certificate Before I started the course I understood from what I read online that the certificate is always available immediately after you have completed your course Please I would like to know what is going on with my certificate

The body of work here is thorough yet in a simple plain language Important details were not shrouded in registers and it made it a delightful read Questions is a good teaching tool and the course work incorporated same to summarise highlight or review main points albeit sparingly

It was great learning with IOMH it provided valuable information and this course provides weightage in resume
