WHAT MADE MY EXPERIENCE GREATWhat made my experience great is knowing how to work with my emotions when dealing with others i have learnt to be more attentive to vital issues such as confidentiality be more concern with people around me show more respect to people opinion and their beliefs It has also taught me not to abuse resources under my care And lastly it has given me a general overview on how to work with others

Very happy with my dog first aid course It was informative and the assignment at the end made sure the information really stuck in your head I required help after I had completed the course and I was provided with great customer service and communication

Best practice to learn and build our knowledge good opportunity for learning this course but i gave one suggestion please provide video how to apply certificate because of who are new students learning courses and they don t know how to apply certificates and they are waiting for certificate and they don t get at that time they panic thank you so much
