Filled out a form in 2022 for Amigo loans with them They have not updated me once and due to lack of communication from them I have completely forgot about them I have then dealt with Amigo directly making a complaint through their scheme and these con artists tried emailing me chasing me up for a payment of 1 144 that I owe them in fees as Amigo paid me out Sorry but no change Total scammers didn t hear anything from them for nearly 3 years and now that Amigo announced they are refunding and that they refunded over 98 of the claims they are chasing me up for money Not happening I get emails daily with threats that they will pass my debt to their third parties and charge more Absolutely a joke ontop of this I asked them to send me a contract to have a look over and they are in breach of their own contract keeping you up to date on the claim and heard nothing Also this time they sent two additional pages with Terms and Conditions when my initial contract was only two pages this new one was 4 Now asking for payment Take me to court No chance you re seeing a single penny from me

Scammers avoid Very petty tried to void a claim because of their own negligence They take advantage of people who have already been taken advantage of I d expect a class action will be brought in the near future

I started a claim with this company in April 23 I have had to contact them for updates as there is absolutely no communication unless I do I have contacted them on 27th October no reply and again 11th November still no reply They really need to look at customer service communication for the percentage they take per claim

Waste of time ask for unobtainable documents no one can get unless you keep your bank statements from 9 years ago just spend months wasting your timeAs to the reply you said it was rejected and if I couldn t provide the bank statements from 9 years ago then you couldn t proceed no one has bank statements that far back in time and the bank don t keep a record that long

Gang of crooks as most companies take a 25 max cut these con artists take 40 - 50 and they get your cash but hold onto it for ages would never use them again

I have had a few different loans with different companies and after reading reviews for impakt I thought I would have a refund from one of them but no Some reviews say that refunds only took 2 weeks or so I don t know who these people are This company took all my loan details and had them for 3 months and did nothing for me Don t bother they are a waste of time

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVIOD One Star is too much I was mis sold products but as there wasnt enough interest in it for them to take their money they didnt proceed or help with any claims Total waste of time I asked for them to remove all my data and remove my permission to deal with my accounts and still getting emails DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY

No communication from them for over 2 years Everytime I call there is a new excuse as to why payments aren t being made Not a single email txt call once from their side to explain what s going on
