I ve got nothing but good things to say about this company I ve had to send my phone off for repair twice now and I ve always had no issues getting through to speak to someone on the phone they ve always been really helpful and my experience with them has been really quick They re swift to send you your repaired phone or a new one and when they send it it s delivered the next day Very happy

Lost my phone speedy service
i lost my phone over the weekend and had to make a claim for the first time with Citymain i made a mistake by going online first and reading the reviews which were awful and worrying but i followed all the steps in the policy i reported it lost to police and gave a ref number and reported my phone lost on report my loss com and provided proof of purchase etc with my online claim They sent me a replacement in 3 DAYS thats pretty excellent from other reviews i was doubtful i would even get a new phone only thing that s a little annoying was the 100 excess i had to pay but once again i knew about this when i signed up for their insurance it wasn t a hidden cost don t believe everything you read online people rarely post reviews when the experience is positive

Excellent service once again
By far the best and straight forward insurance company I had to make a claim on my Huawei honor magic 4 pro and later on for my Huawei P40 Pro the process was fast For my P40 Pro they gave me a graded device not the same colour but I was happy with the quality looked brand new For my magic 4 pro they sent me a brand new sealed device Very happy and well worth the price Also Lisa in your call centre is a pleasure to talk to very polite and patient and does everything she can possibly do to help you That k you insurance2go and citymain

Faultless
The whole process was incredibly quick although it did take me a long time to get my proof of purchase due to the current world pandemic but this was no fault from them They closed my claim but was more than happy to reopen the claim when I had the proof of purchase The customer service over email was amazing and they replied and got the claim processed very quick After sending my phone away they contacted me within days to let me know the repairs are now taking place after the repair was finished they sent the phone away and I received it the next day That is incredible I would highly recommend this company to anyone Very easy to make a claim and a great faultless repair

Exceptional service
My iPhone was stolen from my hands a few weeks ago while I was in London My Insure2Go claim was processed by Citymain within 12 hours and I received a brand new looking refurbished iPhone by next day delivery Below is the process I followed 1 Disabled my SIM card and blacklisted phone s IMEI by contacting my network 2 Reported the crime to London Met Police and obtained the crime reference number 3 Filed my insurance claim with CityMain via their online claims system 4 Submitted proof of phone purchase online My claim was approved within a couple of hours I paid 75 excess online and received dispatch confirmation with tracking details and delivery slot from DPD courier The claim went from submission to approval and actual phone dispatch within 12 hours without me even having to call them on phone I was pleasantly surprised because I had read the bad reviews here before submitting the claim May be my case is exceptional but I m very happy with the service I received It helped a lot in restoring normalcy to me after a stressful day of bering robbed in broad day light Thank you

I have claimed 4 times for my phone and
I have claimed 4 times for my phone and every time the service has been amazing X 3 my phone has to be replaced and a replacement phone was delivered within a week of me sending back my old phone This week I sent my phone back on Thursday and my phone was repaired and returned today I was really worried after reading the reviews but have been really impressed Their online claim system is easy to navigate too

Repaired Samsung S10 within days
I accidentally dropped my phone and had to claim with my insurance which I d had with Insurance2go for years Before I claimed I did a bit of searching and was a bit nervous about the negative reviews However my experience was absolutely fine I sent in the claim and was asked for proof of purchase and a few ID documents I paid my excess and sent in my phone for repair A few days later I had my Samsung S10 back as good as new Only minor issues were communication I received a few automated emails requesting documentation I d already sent which was a bit confusing There were also some updates to the claim that were not sent by email so if I hadn t logged in and checked my case status I wouldn t have known However overall I was really happy with the service provided
