Exceptional service and very professional

I wnt lie initially I was skeptical and wasn t sure the value that Impakt was providing and gosh I was wrong to think that Tom Taylor at Impakt completely exceeded my expectations and I would really recommend them to anyone who s in a similar predicament He also behaved very professional throughout the whole process and made me feel comfortable when it s a very uncomfortable topic to discuss finances and life struggles Thanks to the Impakt gang

Excellent First class

Saw an ad on TikTok Thought I would apply but did not have much expectation How wrong was I Impakt have been great with easy to follow comms and quick responses So far they ve resolved 2 claims for me with another 3 in progress You only pay a fee if you are successful with a claim so you have nothing to lose Excellent service thanks Impakt

Life changing

The communication was amazing I never got anywhere when I complained I knew it was wrong so I contacted impakt and received over 2500 Thank you so much The replies are almost instant they keep you up to date even if there is no response from lenders yet Just to let you know they have not forgotten

Great company with hardworking staff

The team worked incredibly hard to claim back on my Aqua card which resulted in a cleared balance plus 2900 on top which came in incredibly useful Given the provider weren t exactly straight forward in handing the money back Jenny and India were great in ensuring I was kept updated and chased until the money was in my account

I am so glad I came across impakt

I am so glad I came across impakt claims I logged the complaint regarding a loan I had been in default for years and still owed them 2300 Impakt claims managed to reduce this balance by 1898 and have all negative impact removed from my credit file Because I am not receiving cash there was no fee either I beyond happy with it their service Thank you so much Definitely recommend

Brilliant service

Brilliant service easy quick depending on which lender you claim off Friendly staff easy to contact Iv literally done nothing and had one out of 3 go through after 8 weeks Definitely recommend

Impakt claims You are the Best

I am speechless at the moment I can t believe this All I can say is thank you so much Tom thank you so much Krisha they were fantastic I lost all hope in getting my funds back but impakt claims were so assured and dined till the last minute to get back my funds and with interest Being a victim of a devastating Scam out of carelessness yet I was able to believe and dream again due to this outstanding Company called Impakt claims I will advise to go with them they know what they are doing Never lose hope Be genuine in your claim and then Impakt are the best to go with

I filled out a form online and honestly

I filled out a form online and honestly didn t think anything would come of it I received an initial offer from one of the loan companies I had a loan with Impakt phoned me and told me they weren t happy with the offer They took some more details and within 3 weeks I had received an offer that was substantially higher than I thought I d receive Within a few days the money was in my account Brilliant service I would also like to say thank you to Jo who was great at explaining everything and nothing was too much trouble

Fantastic

I was super weary about using impakt claims as I didn t think it was a real thing or was maybe a scam turns out it is real and they helped me out big time I had issues with safety net and at the beginning I just wanted the balance cleared Not only was the balance cleared impakt claims managed to get any bad marks from my credit score removed and after I paid them for all the work they did in the middle for me I still had money left over from a repayment of safety net A huge thankyou to everyone at impakt claims I am so thankful that I ve got one less debt to worry about
