i saw an ad for this place while browsing about a month ago and thought ah why not expecting very little to ever actually come of it especially in any reasonable amount of time but yesterday i got a phone call telling me theyd managed to get the remaining debt that was on there written off and it was all now marked as paid and the default now cleared off my credit recordnot only that but there was a cash settlement too and before id even gotten off the phone the money was in my bank im still kind of in disbelief now if youve had loans from any of these companies give these folk a chance you may well be extremely glad you did i know i sure am

Ref C071772-CA164728Saw the advertisement for ImpaktClaims and decided to give them a chance Two of my loans where eligible for investigation however only one had enough information to pursue True to there word I heard back within 12 weeks ImpaktClaims had managed to arrange a reduction of 4 625 20 from a 4 791 28 loan to which I was over the moon with Futhermore because it was a reduction and not a reimbursement I wasn t charged a penny So only 166 08 to pay and no more loan I would definitely give this company a go as you never know The reason the loan was eligible for a refund reduction was because they offered me several Top-up s to the original loan over a period of 7 years Every time this was done the APR was increased without my knowledge and the company in question never once checked if I could actually afford the repayments Because of this they were found to be guilty of irresponsible lending and ordered to repay all of the interested gained Finally companies that target people with low poor credit are being held accountable for taking advantage and charging extortionate interest rates Thank you ImpaktClaims x P s The company in question was 118 118 Money - So if you ve had a loan with them and had Top-ups please contact ImpaktClaims for help
