Impakt are a very friendly helpful company Always responded to questions etc I can t fault them I had given up on my claims of which I had a couple but Impakt claims didn t give up and kept me informed always So thank you I would have no hesitation to recommend Impakt claims They are definitely good at what they do

Wholeheartedly recommmend this company Tom and Krisha were amazing throughout I was hesitant to start but should never have worried I didn t just get a result I got the result I could have only dreamed about I cried when I heard This is utterly life changing for me having been totally devastated a few years ago by vile scammers I can t thank them enough If you ve thought about it do it I can t promise the same result but you have nothing to fear and absolutely nothing to lose Thank you Tom and Krisha

Amazing from start to finish

The whole experience from start to finish was stress-free and seamless I went in not expecting much but ended up receiving nearly 2000 back from my claim after only being offered 100 initially Impakt were determined to work for me and help me receive what I was owed I was kept in the loop and received updates regularly in email and text whilst impakt worked their magic behind the scenes Everyone I spoke to was so supportive and informative Would 100 recommend Thank you

Impakt Claims are superb

Impakt Claims have guided me through the process of claiming back interest etc and as of today I have agreed a substantial pay back from my lender and the remaining balance is cleared Jenny from Impakt claims was excellent throughout the whole process even when I was ready to give up Jenny explained the next step and that she would be the one doing the leg work The refund is life changing and the not having to pay anymore is substantial monthly and will make a huge change to me
