poor craftsmanship lack of common sense and verbal abuse

If you are looking for poor craftsmanship lack of common sense and some verbal abuse the Carpet Repair Guy is your guy I asked for the carpet on a few stairway steps to be repaired but it was done in a poor finish with severe stitching showing and some old yellow glue being exposed Also when one end of the step was secured the other end detached completely creating even more serious issue than before It is pretty common sense to anticipate one end to give up when you pull at the other end but the repair guy found it to be a new opportunity to charge me When I refused he started shouting All in all a very disappointing experience

We thought we needed a new carpet on our stairs due to the damage from our cats scratching and the general condition after being trodden down I found Richard on Tiktok after seeing some of his transformation videos and sent a few photos to get his thoughts After a good chat we agreed to let Richard work his magic and see how the carpet comes up He s been out today and my God what a difference The damage has been repaired and the carpets cleaned and revived They look brand new I would highly recommend The Carpet Repair Guys not only was it super convenient but we ve saved a small fortune by not needed to replace the carpet

Always great service and advice from Richard the Guru of the carpet world Our dull carpets have come out looking new and feel so much nicer underfoot since being cleaned We also had a new carpet installed which replaced an old wooden floor great advice to keep some offcuts of spare in the loft incase there is ever an accident Thanks so much
