Dr LeMay is amazing Never before have I spent so much time talking with a doctor He obviously cares about his patients and explains complex issues very clearly I like the clinic s approach of addressing nutrition and lifestyle which empowers the patient

Money well Spent

My daughter found Dr LeMay and had wonderful success now our entire family is using Index health In a very short time issues that apparently all related to gut health were resolved Personally I am amazed at how quickly Dr LeMay responds to my questions and concerns I feel like I really have my own Dr looking out for me and my individual needs looking at me as a whole person He is incredibly caring and simply just wonderful I feel that I will be in the best of hands as I age He does the necessary tests to dig deeper into your health To me that is very different from going to a regular Dr office Not only has Dr Lemay helped me but Holly the nutritionist has as well and is also extremely knowledgeable I love that it is a team effort I am excited to work with them as nothing is more important than having good health and quality of life Money well spent

During my pregnancy I was put on thyroid medication and was looking for a doctor who could help me come off of it Other doctors would only check my thyroid levels and help with the medication dosage I am so thankful someone told me about Index Health Dr LeMay knew exactly where to start and what to do to help with my underlying thyroid issue He is the most knowledgeable doctor I have met and truly cares about your health and wellbeing I have never had a doctor spend so much time preparing for our appointment by extensively analyzing all of my labwork from the past several years and putting together a comprehensive plan He also collaborates with Holly the nutritionist so that you are really getting a personalized treatment plan that does not involve just prescribing medications He does not push supplements or try to sell anything He makes you feel completely comfortable and keeps the whole process easy and stress free The patient portal is very simple to navigate Dr LeMay and Holly respond quickly to emails through the portal and have extremely detailed visit summaries that are clear to understand with all of the important information provided during the visit documented and accessible to the patients I may have originally gone to Index Health for my thyroid issue but now that I have been introduced to this type of true healthcare I have no interest in returning to the traditional healthcare system I feel that I am in the best hands and now have a team that is there for me when I need them

I have been working with Dr LeMay and his team since December 2021 and it has such a blessing I have been trying to heal my body after a year long fight against cancer Chemo and radiation takes such a toll on your body However I have had more energy in the last five months then I have had in years The testing analysis and personalized plan that they have put in place has given me new hope to a renewed life

I can t say enough good things about my experience with Index Health From my very first interaction with Camille I have felt like my health was their priority She was such a delight to speak with and it is very clear that she has a passion for helping people I didn t know much about functional medicine prior to my first appointment with Dr Taylor but I knew that my symptoms while maybe a little odd were very real and the traditional doctors I had seen didn t have any answers for me I honestly felt a little silly during my first appointment with Dr Taylor as I rambled on about my medical and personal history I didn t understand how everything was connected and was a little shocked when he asked me more about something that had seemed so insignificant to me As that first appointment continued for the first time in my life I felt like there was hope like there was finally someone who knew what was going on - and even better knew how to help me Dr Taylor explained incredibly complex things to me in a way that I could easily understand and the more he shed light on what he believed was going on the more excited and empowered I felt Dr Taylor created an easy-to-follow plan to help me meet my health goals and set me up with Stacy to work on my nutritional needs Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable but he is also kind and compassionate and I am so grateful that he is my doctor The other half of my health team Stacy is also amazing I had never met with a nutritionist before and was a little nervous about that first appointment as well She was also a fantastic listener and asked me questions that really made me think I was a pretty healthy eater before my first appointment so while I knew she d likely encourage me to eat even healthier I never thought we would talk about why I chose certain foods or how my eating behaviors could be contributing to my symptoms Stacy also created an incredibly easy-to-follow plan for me including stress-reducing exercises shopping lists weekly meal plans and recipes that were family-friendly as I have a toddler at home Stacy is so caring knowledgeable and encouraging and made me feel like I could achieve my goals I am so grateful that I took the leap into functional medicine and for the continued support of my Index Health team I have truly never felt better

I know you ve probably read a lot of reviews that start with this but I would be remiss not to start with I don t write reviews very often given how true it is I have been so impressed with the service at Index Health from Camille to Meredith to Julie to Dr Taylor everyone has been extremely punctual with responses and attentive The journey into learning more about Functional Medicine has been incredibly interesting fun I ve written small books to Dr Taylor and he s been not only prompt but also extremely knowledgeable I can t possibly explain how empowering it is to have a team of professionals who genuinely want to help you feel better They take a full picture approach and really get to know you and in doing so they treat the cause not just the symptoms I hope this doesn t end up hurting my pockets but I would go as far to say that plane the current monthly subscription is possibly the greatest deal of all time to receive this level of service I am so excited to see what the future holds and what I am able to figure out about my health with the help of this team

Best investment I ve ever made

This was one of the best investments I ve ever made I was being farmed out to five different specialists and was placed on several new medications and still felt no better So I figured instead of spending another year worth of deductibles to have nothing solved I would give this place a try I am so grateful that I did Within a month I had answers and a treatment plan in 3 months symptoms resolved and meds were gone I feel veryfortunate to find this group I am still working on recovery and even found issues that I had no idea existed and now working on prevention It was definitely worth every penny to me and I feel good and know in a few more months I ll feel probably the best I ever have Thanks Index

No Benefit At All after 4 Months

The people at Index Health are very nice That s the best I can about Index Health After 4 months much disorganization rare for anyone to answer the phone hyper-complicated test kits very expensive medications which were only sourced from Russia with long wait times not only no benefit from these medications they actually hurt my Gut because of all these things I could never recommend Index Health as a reliable beneficial Healthcare provider

Apparently it is no surprise to index the true cost of the lab work Mine was 5000 I would never have subscribed to this service had I known It wouldn t cost you anything to give members a heads up Then members could work with their in network MD to get the labs ordered and covered by insurance Sorry to say I will be warning people about index instead of giving referrals Also the attempted price and almost immediate withdrawal hike was shady
