Outstanding service received at the Covid testing centre Have used this centre on many occasions they are efficient and reliable

Urgent medical aid was needed for a 4 year girl and the manager was extremely rude and unconcerned when he was politely asked for assistance by the parent of the child

Following a cardiac arrest September 2019 followed by 7 heart procedures and 2 remedial ones have cognitive problems co-incidentally problems with my vision SCA UK is campaigning for SCA survivors to have aftercare particularly on the mental affects I did not expect to be refused either a referral for help with my cognitive issues or a report as to what I can not to to explain to others By JDoc as I have known Dr Abelman since 2003 but I had to produce copy reports which I could not do via e mail and had to wait to photocopy and pay but I was still refused help within 3 hours of my reports being delivered and obviously no appointment My last e mail said I need help I do Dr Abelman was around when my partner died in 2009 he has always been good but now I am being told to pick up my handwritten because can not see so good and printed documents because they did not ask for them no doctor wants anything to do with me Normally you go to a GP if you are concerned about brain damage etc There is noone after SCA which is one thing but to be told to go away as well is heartbreaking

I love JDoc The system is fuss-free and pleasant The doctors are competent welcoming and available The whole process inspires confidence and is to be recommended

A wonderful service I m so grateful to them for all of the care shown to me and my family I know that our health is in excellent hands

My experience with JDoc has been outstanding I was taken ill on the Bank Holiday and was able to see a doctor immediately who was exceedingly professional and was able to diagnose and treat me with medication straight away Following that again on a Bank Holiday and with a very serious condition I was able to see a doctor who referred me to a top consultant the following day I was impressed with the service I received and would have no hesitation in recommending JDoc to family and friends David Gerstein
