I have just returned from visiting the new Indigo Sun tanning salon in St Helen s and WOW what a place State of the art beds and the Staff super knowledgeable I needed it and friendly Julie and Suzanne Enjoyed the experience so much I bought a course Would recommend highly

Yesterday I visited my local St Helens Merseyside branch of Indigosun my first visit after lock down I had purchased a contract when the Salon opened but was unsure how long I had left and if it was still live A new member of staff who I later found out was called Jenny greeted me but what really blew me away was what came next I told her I had a contract and gave her my name She said Oh you have 33mins left on your contract would you like to add to it today I said No Jenny then explained that a great offer was coming up where I could add to my contract getting extra minutes free she told me the date it started and how long it would run for Then asked would I like a lotion As a manager in retail I would grab Jenny with both hands she is a rare bread What a breath of fresh air The salon was spotless the beds state of the art

Look after your loyal staff
Considering the pay the staff are on they are very polite and helpful in most salons when chatting to different members and the pay grade they are I was utterly disgusted at what is expected of the full time staff especially no wonder they come and go so quick time indigo management paid the full time staff decent wages for all the responsibilities they have come on indigo start looking after and appreciating your employees
