Generally I trust Inpost but occasionally things go missing and it takes a while to get an answer The tracking is pretty basic It says departed and arrived at sort facility but doesn t tell you where those sort facilities are However most of the time the parcels reach their destination without any delays so I would recommend Inpost

The young woman at the counter did not correctly enter our package number and insisted that our package had not arrived even though we showed her the carrier s notification email informing us that the package had been delivered to their store the day before and was ready for our collection She had no doubt that she might have entered a wrong number and simply insisted that the package had not yet been delivered to their store She kept asking us to come back later Fortunately his manager came and asked her to re-enter our package number and that s how we were able to recover our package thanks to his manager Other than that the shop sells good organic produces at reasonable prices

Disappointed
I have used InPost services numeral times and was always happy with the company The dropping off of parcels at a shop point is very efficient and guaranteed The pick up in a locker has always worked perfectly UP TO NOW Unfortunately I have now just before Christmas encountered a problem where to code sent didn t open the locker and gave me an error message InPost is NOT helpful on these issues -

I ordered on Tuesday and a week later on Tuesday the tracking system showed that the order had beenn delivered to my local locker Sadly I had not received an email or sms with the PIN code which is needed to collect my package from the locker I waited until Wednesday and then had to write to the retailer and to InPost for help Finally after some correspondence I received the code and I then collected my package It would have been a 5 star experience if I had had the PIN code by email immediately the package arrived at the locker
