Generally good

Normally very good and fast service but too often do I get a message that my package is ready for pick up but when I go to retrieve it at the pick up point it is not there Last time I tried many times to pick up my package and after trying to locate it I had to go out of my way to pick it up at the wrong pick up point I should be compensated for my trouble and time after having paid to have it delivered to a specific place
