My son Thomas Terry has been trying for over a month to get his w2 He has left messages and emails without any response It is like no one is answering the phone After this week I will let IRS know so they will be fined Thomas worked at the 545 S Highland location

This is has not been the first time I ordered at 10 24 PM and I called at 12 00 AM to ask about my order and they said that it was on its way after half an hour I got a message saying that my order was delivered when it was not I called again and they said it must be a mistake and it shows in their system that it is still on the way I have been patient and calm even though my order was more than 2 hours late And then at 1 25 AM I called and they said that they were close and I should reschedule my order to some other day or just cancel the audacity to say that after I was waiting for more than 3 hours is just fascinating DO NOT CONSIDER THEM

I ordered insomnia cookies for my cousin who just lost her husband- I wrote a short note with our names to my cousin After the order went in it totally cut off the message and our names I immediately called customer service- it took 45 minutes they said they would add the message The cookies were delivered today - on my email receipt our names were missing- so my cousin who is going through a lot has no idea who they are from How unprofessional I called and they refused to let my cousin know - and give me 10 dollars which I refused So sad- I should never ever order from such an unprofessional place- beware- they tell you they will fix it but completely ignore it- after spending 45 minutes trying to fix it-no fault of mine but there website that is not an easy place when you are busy Sad my cousin- has no idea who the gift was from Worst place- and terrible customer service - below rating- negative 10- they just want your money and don t care about the customer or the people they are sending the cookies- money making racket- very very poor customer service- so very sorry I ordered from them You will be sorry- if you order from them- fake operation and very cold

i was recently at the location in Kansas City We had a few issues with no social distancing and the line was so long after we waiting for 45 minutes we got to the register to order when we found out that they did not accept cash from costumers there was no sign on the entry way door to tell the costumers also the staff was not very friendly

Do NOT order from this company no matter what- almost 26 hours later and still NO cookie delivery in DC 3 miles away from the store And they are fighting the refund the worst ever

Do not order from these guys online Do not order online you won t get your order I received a notification that FedEx delivered the order my friend had sent to me but my leasing office the only way to get boxes that don t go in the P O Box did not get it This happened twice I tried to talk to a customer service representative but their response was File a complaint with FedEx We can send another box There was no option to provide feedback to them about this So my friend spent money for a product that was not delivered--twice Just don t bother with their online service
