I ordered a kids sleeping bag and due to my post code didn t get an option for next day delivery I ordered and sent a messaging asking if I could pay to speed up delivery I received response within a few hours that they would ensure it was fast tracked at no extra cost I received it the next day and my wee one had it in time for his school camp He was delighted with the space theme and said it was really comfy Thank you for great service

People tend to give bad reviews when things go wrong but don t write reviews when everything has gone right There are some poor reviews on this site for Sleepy People so I thought I would balance it out with my experience I ordered a duvet from their website last week it was the best price I could find online and it arrived 2 days later I m really happy with the product and couldn t fault the service I received at all
