Ordered items 7 weeks ago still haven t arrived no emails to explain why every time I call they promise to call back and don t botherAvoid this company

Horrendous customer service Never experienced anything like it before After admitting their mistake with an apology they refused to give any kind of refund Seems they have a bit of a reputation in the market for this Would certainly never deal with this company again And to reply to your comment below which is a lie I didn t want to keep the product All I wanted to do was return the product to you You charged me 25 for delivery to send to me and then decided you wanted 90 for return delivery and only 35 refund for over a 200 product As you well know you got the calculations completely wrong and admitted your mistake but still won t accept the returned goods Your words were why don t you sell on eBay Really I shouldn t have to You just made it impossible for me Well surprisingly that s not great customer service

This company is awful We ordered a brochure in June 2021 for a large project It is now November and we are still requesting them for a refund as it failed to arrive and we had to go elsewhere for the product The company claim that they have sent it four times and that it must have gone missing even though we have continuously requested a refund InsulationBee please refund us our money and look into your courier services as clearly they are loosing you business and damaging your reputation

1 Had to chase for a delivery date a week after initial ordering Delivery was then incorrect still no resolution date a week on 2 Once initial review was posted contact was made within half an hour resolution swiftly sorted apparently delay was due to a manager being absent Simple bit of feedback keep your customer updated everybody s happy Actual product good both deliveries went smoothly on site drivers couldn t have been more helpful Would give these folk another opportunity should I have a need for more insulation

Avoid Ordered mineral wool slabs over 5 weeks ago and still waiting for some of the order to turn up What is worse the packs that did turn were wet some of the slabs soaking wet and so unusable I ve tried to complain but they haven t even acknowledged it let alone apologised Complete lack of communication from start to finish

This is one of those occasions when even 1 star is too much Placed an online order for insulation slabs order number 3958 only to be told that because of quantity and location the order will be cancelled Guys you set the delivery price You can set a minimum order value If all you want are large orders within the M25 then don t advertise nationwide A complete and utter waste of time

Wouldn t recommend touching these guys with a bargepole They take your money but don t deliver

I was looking for a quick delivery of Kingspan TF70 Was promised 200 it would be a 2-3 day delivery as against my order elsewhere where it was 7 days So I ordered with InsulationBee only to be told later that they didn t have stock I accepted an alternate product which was lower cost but annoyingly they wouldn t refund the difference The sales representative was polite and responsive and the alternate product was delivered as promised

Ewelina was very helpful and kind I bought 15mm xtratheem pir and it arrived safe and in 3 working days

I cannot fault the prices and the customer services of IB A mix up at the depot led to the wrong materials being delivered but they were quickly on the case to sort the correct batch It is a shame that there are no decent couriers left who value customer satisfaction though Not IB s fault though as I ve had the same issues when receiving other goods by the same couriers I now have a load of boards stuck on my drive obstructing it as the couriers cannot recover it with the vehicles they have
