Great service price shame about the courier company

I cannot fault the prices and the customer services of IB A mix up at the depot led to the wrong materials being delivered but they were quickly on the case to sort the correct batch It is a shame that there are no decent couriers left who value customer satisfaction though Not IB s fault though as I ve had the same issues when receiving other goods by the same couriers I now have a load of boards stuck on my drive obstructing it as the couriers cannot recover it with the vehicles they have

Product as described and supplied at a good price Had to chase delivery as had not heard anything after 3-4 days of placing order Some one replied straight away after I sent email regarding delivery date and the goods were dispatched Would use again
