The online portal didn t work and there were some redundant emails but the fact that the offer took just three weeks to complete and in December which is usually write off to get things done is praiseworthy My caseworker was Dawn I understand they manage this on behalf of the bank so those who complain about not being able to speak to someone need to understand that they re not here to do hold customer s hand Before integrar I was working on another offer with another bank and provider and using the app was inadequate and caused many delays By comparison here the comms were prompt and clear Got the job done
