Great Experience thank you Nimco

I had a great experience with Nimco for the completion of my re-mortgage There was only one slight issue whereby the completion date was a few days later than I had asked for but after I emailed this was changed within 30 mins of asking to the earlier date which I really appreciated They were quick to reply to emails and the online tracker was really handy in keeping me updated and understanding next steps Completion day itself went very smoothly Would definitely recommend

Integrar completed my btl within 6weeks for Accord lenders They respond to every of my queries They are very approachable and consistent My case worker was brilliant and accessible at every time for further clarification regarding the mortgage Frankly they kept keeping me updated I will use them for my residential mortgage They are very good in what they do A job well done Keep it up

Professional team

I got very good support from Integrar especially from Carl I was let down badly with my online broker and was well behind meeting my re-mortgage application deadline Carl and the team went an extra mile to help me with remortgaging on time and avoiding paying much higher interest rate I highly recommend this company

Super Smooth Process by Chris Devaney

I am always wary that legal firms will find ways to charge for anything but this whole process was fantastic and no hidden extra charges Excellent regular communication via email timely responses to my email queries by Chris Devaney on every occasion and the portal was also updated Expectations were clearly communicated for completion date which was achieved on time Thank you Chris D and also Jake Houlding-Ward for his work

Quick nuff said

Quick easy no frills Messages and questions were answered quickly We provided all the required documents and everything went so smoothly it was almost scary I have never had such an easy remortgage before Correspondence was clear and reassuring that things were going to happen on said date Wish I can use them again when I remortgage but I guess they only work for HSBC Our handler Chloe L was very professional Jake H was also quick to respond

Intergrar have been brilliant always keeping us updated and very easy to contact over the phone Our case handler was Brandon who has done everything very quick was friendly and efficient Would definitely use them again as we have a great customer experience with them
