Bad service My order never was delivered and the day after I tried to contact them all day but they never got back to me My daughter had her 17th birthday in Spain as an exchange student We wanted to do something nice for her since she is far away No flowers on her birthday Very disappointed Still no response from Interflora Where is my order

Scam

I Was looking for a company who delivers on mother s day Sunday because I thought it s a nice idea to have the doorbell ringing when we are having breakfast and my wife opens the door with the big surprise As the Price was very high 85 I made sure that they also deliver it and I even could choose between 10-12am on Sunday Then on Saturday 8pm I received a message that they could only deliver on Monday to which I replied that I m very disappointed and want my money back since at that time I was not able anymore to buy flowers somewhere else On Monday they delivered the flowers after I bought them somewhere else for not even half the prise The flowers were very dry and small Until now nobody replied and I obviously didn t get my money back Don t trust this company It s a big scam

Worse than useless

Worse than useless criminal Order and money taken for a delivery of flowers and two days later they hadn t been delivered I call and am told there was no florist open to prepare the order The Spanish branch of this company needs to up its game

Interflora never delivered

The worst experience ever It s like throwing a wishing coin into a fountain First you create the order but never receive a confirmation and then one day before the delivery they telling me by email they can t deliver on Sunday so I need to call the customer service number several times to be able to talk to them I agree to change the date to saturday instead even if is not the special day and they don t deliver the flowers no call no information no status Now hopping I can recover my money back not recommended at all to buy anything here

We should sue them

Same experience than several other users Ask for a delivery on Mother Day which was confirmed by email but it was delivered the day after I contacted the customer service who said that it was in their terms and conditions if delivering on a specific day is not possible they deliver the day after Total scam

My son ordered flowers from the UK to Spain for Mothers Day to arrive the Friday before Nothing arrived until the following Friday at 7 30pm The basket was warped and doesn t sit flat The petals had already fallen from many of the flowers before I even received them It is now Monday morning and they are all but dead The arrangement was also pretty appalling Obviously I cannot tell my son the truth but the company needs to take a good hard look at the number of poor reviews received Very very disappointed Interflora

The flowers were supposed to be a surprise but someone sent a delivery confirmation email to the recipient at 17 00 They promised they would deliver by 20 00 or if not I should call back It s now 20 30 and customer service is closed and no sign of flowers Last time I order from Interflora

SCAM Avoid at all cost

Booked a bouquet for my mum for Mother s Day I received an email confirming delivery at midday and my mum called me but not happy due to her surprise She called all weirded out because she did not received the flowers she just got a text message from Interflora asking if she liked the surprise and she was like what surprise We called several times but they have no one attending phone calls you can only fill up a form on their website Got no email back with an incidence number or anything of sorts Asked for a refund sent more forms but nothing we got nothing back at all They just scammed me 50 and upset us all on a special day
