This was my first time using interflora and I was most delighted by their exceptional service They offered midnight delivery and my sister said that the flowers and even the packaging was unlike anything she has seen before

They are professionals

They are professional and send flowers as shown in the picture they post online I used them for the first time But would always do that My only request is that on week days since we are all professionals leave for work at 8 00 am they should start there delivery s by 7 00 am So that the surprise does not have to wait for guest to see it late evening And as summers are coming this is very important point to be noted

I ve been using Interflora for a couple of years now and have always loved the quality of their flowers But today I am writing to express my appreciation for their fantastic customer service I had ordered some flowers from them but received them in a setting that I wasn t happy with To their credit when I called them they not only understood my problem but were swift enough to take it back and replace it with something profoundly beautiful all under 2 hours I honestly wasn t expecting this level of commitment or response on a Sunday morning so here s a big shout out to Interflora Bangalore for their exemplary customer service and for the most beautiful fragrant flowers I received today Thank you

Moms birthday in Ludhiana
