I ve used Intermedia services for decades and they have consistently offered high quality services and support during the entire time Intermedia mail has never failed our businesses and has always kept current with advancing needs Intermedia support is exceptional Even the smallest request is handled professionally efficiently effectively and is tracked and run through a streamlined process Large ones have never involved Intermedia issues their services have been rock solid When we ve had issues they have gone the extra mile always

It Was A Rough Start But It s Great Now
I m not going to lie it was rough at the beginning when the office switched to Intermedia but now it works great The calls are crystal clear and the mobile app is great as well I can still take calls from the office on my mobile phone so I can still get important calls from work and I don t have to carry around a second work phone It s great Overall I really do love this product now
