My husband set up an account to use for

My husband set up an account to use for a Sunday class As he has used you in the past It was his understanding that because of Covid no charge would be made through 2020 We have been charges 640 00 and now they want an additional 400 00 We have tried to reach out to resolve the issue and are told the department we need is not available So when are they available You have done nothing to try to resolve the issue You are a bait and switch and are extremely dishonest If you are as reputable as you say you are then you need to respond and fix this issue

Zero account management post implementation Avoid at all cost

Once they got you in the bag you will never hear from them again At least not in any meaningful way We have 100 mailboxes plus lots of add-on services Do you think that I can even get the account manager to call us Do you think they will answer any account management questions I assum e that the account manager is simply a salesman and there is zero incentive for him to speak to clients already in the bag

What support

Please take your time and read the bad reviews below they say it all support is the worst I have ever experienced No way to cancel online eventough they say send an email in the user portal they refuse to accept it and make you chase 5 different department and phoen numebers Apparently nobody is responsible for terminating an account Its a big scam do not fall into that trap guys They want your money and do everything they can so you cannot cancel

Atrocious Support

Intermedia offers a wide range of cost-effective and feature-rich telephone products However their support is not just bad it is atrocious I have been a customer for over 10 years but after spending the entire morning on hold hoping to add services to my system I am now shopping for another vendor

This phone system is unreliable

This phone system is unreliable We have had problems with it for weeks but it just does not work reliably I always get polite excuses but I had 33 calls dropped today in one hour alone This is an example of the phone service I have gotten for weeks We always had them for our email providerbut when we took our phone service to them it was a horrible mistake

Disaster Be warned

I made the mistake of choosing intermedia for my office as I have connected phone systems for call centers offices accross the US and I felt I had the experience to take on this task It had been a few years so I did some research and found intermedia is 1 so I took a chance and once I paid the initial sign up cost in March every single step has been riddled with problems some of which almost cost me my job I am at a loss as to why this company is even in the top 10 when I have done business with all of the competition and all of their combined issues would not amount to a fraction of what this company has put me through Intermedia asked that my prior review be taken down provided they take steps to make this right I agreed and took down the review and they have not followed through with anything As of now we are captive and have no choice but to continue paying them because we are so fed up with dealing with them that it costs less to just pay them than dedicate an employee to manage our account for them My first review describes porting issues that shut our company s phone line down for weeks because they submitted the wrong company name in the porting requests they stopped responding to our calls tried to affix blame on me as the reason for the delay They employ one of those email systems that email you but in order to reply you have to sign onto their system and communicate using their platform which only works if you can sign in and also give them complete control over what was said and when and they are able to change any of those things SO TAKE SCREENSHOTS OF EVERYTHING to cover your a Because they will use that against you if you have a superior--they embody that sentiment Most recently I wanted to add company contacts into the system simple right and was passed to two different departments after days of back and forth I was told to contact the sales department and I finally just let go We just can t afford the manpower to endure such a process for every single feature they say they provide When we signed on we agreed to 120 month Our first bill was over 340 and they keep charging 240 every month negating our initial reason to go with them as a cost saving option We spend more to have far less and we can t do anything about it because we need our phones to work and the two weeks we endured without a phone is a likely outcome if we cancel I hope this saves the next guy his job by going with anyone else

Can not understand This company employs 700 people of which probably 100 are UX UI designers But the site is sh t and the product is sh t The site has only links a lot of text and no focus elements In St Petersburg the office is made up of budget eaters If you need help or advice please contact and I will prove that your site is sh t

Charged for services they never turned

Charged for services they never turned on When I discovered the charges I called they agreed it was a billing error after hours of calls was informed their policy doesn t allow refunds So they took money from my credit card for over12 months but didn t provide the service No cost to them just taking money for something they never provided i e stealing

This company is not efficient Tried to scam me

This company is not efficient Bruce and Gerald are genuinely not equipped to do a job I first spoke to Bruce and when he would not put in any energy to resolve my issue so I asked to speak to a manager Bruce sent me to Gerald the Team Captain This was my 4th time on the phone with their tech support and leaving the call in the same state as I was before In the end they were trying to charge me 81 for a new number that I didn t order When I asked about the random number on the screen that was not mine he responded don t worry about it They did not resolve my issue and were being difficult it was shameful

Does not have 99 999 uptime as claimed

Using their phone system for my business They had a CISCO switch problem after which multiple phones in our office stopped working While talking to the hardware engineer he claimed this was just a coincidence and had nothing to do with the switch that was repaired even though the issue started the same day Hours on the phone with customer service and still not resolved after 5 days 99 999 uptime is only as useful as the phone actually working when you go to use it Their 99 999 uptime claim is inaccurate based on the CISCO switch downtime lasting hours If you count phone problems and staff stress on the phone with technical support this has lasted 5 days and counting Last recommendation was purchase new phones I haven t even been using the service a full year yet Disappointing
