Value oriented

My husband s business used Voice Over Internet Intermedia phone fax service for a couple of years It was very reasonable in price and is what prompted him to change from traditional phone fax service He was mostly satisfied but never quite got the hang of using the fax line It wasn t a huge issue b c today most transmissions are done through e-mail rather than fax But after getting a very good offer from his Internet provider to add phone service to his contract he recently made the change Overall Intermedia provides good service value

This is an update of a prior review The company has been working hard to resolve issues with its app I am confident that future updates will resolve the issues Currently the texting function in the phone app has a few glitches It doesn t show the name of the person sending a text if they are already in your contact list unless you input their number with 1 before then 10 digits They promise a remedy soon You cannot delete prior texts this will also be addressed in updates Their staff is very helpful caring so you feel your problems are being handled Follow up is very good Once they iron out these issues I would be willing to give them an excellent rating

The meetings learning curve for on-line

The meetings learning curve for on-line meeting is getting better Your support is not always the easiest to understand I am still trying to CHANGE the name on one of the emails addresses of a person who left the company and was replaced A total runaround

Email to fax

I rarely need to send a fax since almost everything is email There are occasions where a fax is necessary in those cases I have to use my antiquated fax machine It would be nice if the system integrated a fax component that didn t have a fee attached I m certainly willing to pay less if you remove the fax part of my service Thanks

Phone support is awesome

I love Intermedia as long as their phone support is available I find that logging in and making changes setting up by myself is not intuitive and I end up having to call tech support every single time Their tech support however is awesome and I always get my issue question resolved easily They are a great company to work with Very responsive Their product has worked well for us once they ve helped us to set it up

White List issue

I had called in regarding Alira Health not able to receive emails from this company On Friday I spoke with customer service and they put Alira Health domain in The person that put it in must have misspelled health Some of us were not able to receive their email Today I called in again and the person found the misspelled name Very nice customer service even though they made mistakes in spelling health

overall very professional - except spam and virus control

when i call their support number i get a representative who is informative and gets things resolved the performance of email is great the only thing that is lacking is the email spam virus very clunky i have six aliases and i have to read each one every day and there is no one screen that shows all of them - so it s 10 minutes of clicking when it should be optimized

It works for us great

Our meetings actually go very well and it s helpful for our office to meet in the mornings Now and again we have one or more people that will freeze up video but not for everyone Meaning a person might freeze up for 2 people but not the remaining 4 Other than that it is an extremely useful tool for us

This Company truly gives Old School Customer Service which has gotten lost with the need to be fast and quick in todays society You feel heard and listen to when you need Anything from them The patience that come across the phone is amazing You do not feel rushed

To date I find AnyMeeting to be a but

To date I find AnyMeeting to be a professional-grade meeting service One recommendation would be to offer an integrated green screen for privacy concerns and aesthetics in general It is offered as an integrated service in other meeting service offerings I can be gotten as a third party software offering and a green screen you can strap to the back of your office chair The latter two are certainly not the preferred way for the implementation
