Recently Signed up for Unite Service

Recently Signed up for Unite Service Megan helped me setting up the account Before Signing up I asked so many questions about the features available in their voice phone service her answer was Yes to every question Now I need an additional Auto Attendant and she is telling me that I can have only one I reminded her that I asked you this question specifically that can I use multiple Auto Attendants she it was my fault and I made a mistake Than she hung up the phone on me Overall service is good its just the Sales who does not know what they are doing Specially Megan Peterson I will not recommend Intermedia to anyone and will move to a different better service provider Who does not lie to their customers

False Misleading promises Going to FTC BBB

Insane billing Crap billing customer support they hang-up my phone after 60 minutes spoke with AJ and Gabriel Now this in going to FTC and BBB 1 they will start charging you the day you open an account regardless when the phone system arrive usually time-frame is 2-3 weeks so basically it cost you more than 100 while you are awaiting phones 2 they promised me for shipping credit not done and charged me 81 so total 181 on top they charge you two months in advance For 3 lines a tension headache of 1000 s of dollars so save your ER visit and go traditional with any company They will Intensionally hang-up on you but trustpilot is real

Zero customer support No way to get in touch

There is no way to get in touch Customer service overseas have no idea Sale rep Braden Perucca just disappear after placing the order No tracking No call back after calling 5 times I was charged 80 for expedited service I ordered just because of Costco No call back from supervisor I am going to Cancel Intermedia

I have been calling for two weeks now

I have been calling for two weeks now to get our 800 fixed and to stay forwarded to our local number They can fix the problem but they can t keep it fixed I have to verify the 800 is being forwarded several times a day to make sure we can receive customer calls Almost every day it is not working So I have to call the Support line and wait on hold for over an hour on and off Requests for a supervisor are useless No one calls back and the supervisor is too busy We ve been with Accessline for years but now that it is Intermedia it s terrible

Outstanding results

Although it took over 45 minutes to finally getthe tech on the phone his immediate knowledgeof the problem and the solution were amazingHis english was perfect whereas with otheroff shore providers their english and accent makeit impossible to communicate He was in RUSSA and spoke perfect English

Terrible customer support

It is impossible to cancel your account You have to do it by phone it takes 15 mins to get someone on the phone and then they always need to transfer you somewhere else which takes another 25 mins until they inform you that you will need to call back tomorrow with a case number It should never take more than 15 mins to get your issue solved over the phone Otherwise give the option for your customer to get things done themselves through the website

A Bunch of Clowns --Go Elsewhere

Customer support and sales are a bunch of clowns and morons For more than 6 weeks we have been trying to resolve issues and get straight answers out of these people We ve been in constant communication with them and then once they realized THEY HAD MADE A HUGE MISTAKE the just stopped responding GRADE FGO ELSEWHERE

This company is a scam

This company is a scam I was searching for an internet phone service to manage my small business and I just so happen to stumble upon Intermedia I wish I never did Technical support couldn t solve my problem and forgot to call me back several times I simply wanted to use fax and SMS messaging Nope but instead lets upgrade you to Pro membership so you can get messaging enabled That ll be another 27 This company will upcharge the sh out of you Administrative surcharges emergency surcharges you name it and you ll be charged Save your time and money PLEASE look somewhere else

We have had nothing but problems since

We have had nothing but problems since a recent migration Intermedia assured us in writing that our settings would not change We literally spent 4 weeks getting this resolved Now the phone keeps dropping calls and the settings are no longer in place that we spent weeks resolving I originally started using Intermedia through Costco I don t see this service anymore Could it be due to poor service I would strongly encourage you to consider other vendor options

Absolutely horrible

Absolutely horrible They do not rate the one star I was forced to give I was lied to once the sales person s lips started moving My phones did not work for nearly two months and I had to do work arounds to make and receive calls No one knew how to fix the issues I was having even after being escalated to their Extreme Cases Team After all the issues stemming from their system and tech incompetence they changed me over two hundred dollars in rebate fees I was told I had to return the equipment but after asking customer service six times for the information so I could return the equipment I gave up Buyer beware Forked tonged sales spiderweb of transfers and empty tunnels or false hope
