The Customer Support Team is very

The Customer Support Team is very Knowledgeable The service connection is still being updated therefore I will have to say the voice iCloud Connection can have some external interferences I am not sure about the strength of the security level since the service is primarily used via the internet

Platform works mostly

Platform works but you need to know tricks For example if I copy the meeting info from the desktop app it automatically wants to share my personal pin and makes no mention that there s a different non-private attendee pin number that should be used To utilize the scheduling you need to use the online scheduler which is wonky and sends too many reminder emails that can be confused with spam by the recipient

Once on tech support was good

Tech support was difficult to get through on the phone but once connected the engineer was very helpful and knowledgeable and logged on with me to my IP and corrected some issues

Pretty Easy to use

I think it actually works pretty good however at setup I couldn t edit a meeting once I set it up and found I had done it for the wrong day and I would have liked to be able to attach something to the email notifications I sent out

We ve been pleased with Intermedia s product and the responsive customer service The new MMS feature really bumped up our satisfaction as the ability to send photos is an important part of our communication with clients

My call was to get one of the ported s assigned to Auto Attendant Initially the verification questions asked by the Client Service associate were irritating However I guess they need to validate the person before making changes - I understand

The technical support personnel were very knowledgeable The last person I spoke with on this case was Vincent He listened carefully to me while reviewing prior case notes and isolated loss patterns in the QoS reports for the sub-account This information was vital to my next step to perfecting the Elevate system for this important customer

Pricing from Intermedia is fantastic So thrilled that we moved to VoIP away from LandLines We are saving a fortune Service is mostly fabulous unless you are having internet connectivity issues From time to time the call quality is diminished when you are using all of your bandwidth Keep your people from streaming music and videos unless necessary or purchase more bandwidth

Everything worked great but I would like to suggest to make the registration page a bit more customizable to be able to include pics and bios of the presenters
