Sergio M was great to work with He listened to my explanation of my problem repeated it back to insure we were on the right track Then he offered a solution that worked just great Really appreciate the availability of support and the quality of that support Have only used a few times but it has always been great

Great service experience

I called customer service for help installing the fax upload feature on my new computer The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable helpful and patient He addressed the reason for my call and also took the time to help with some other features of the system that I had questions about

Older but still functions thanks to Justin

I run a Windows 7 laptop among other computers as a my primary Outlook computer Recent security changes and it stopped connecting to exchange server Intermedia support quickly diagnosed the situation and created a solution for me -- even though the hardware and software is older Outstanding results from a truly professional tech support Justin

Excellent Company and Service

Going on two years with Intermedia and they earned 5 stars This service replaces expensive land lines and allows us to work remotely traveling and meeting with clients Auto attendant works great Tech support excellent As a home health care company we need service 24 7 and Intermedia has exceeded our expectations

AMAN GUATAM IS THE BEST

I worked with AMAN GAUTAUM today and he was absolutely wonderful I have been trying to get my microsoft outlook fixed since October 2022 After over 30 hours of calls with my exchange host Microsoft and the Geek Squad was here to work on my computer 3 times AMAN is the one who FINALLY FIXED it and completed the task of getting it to work He was incredibly efficient patient and extremely knowledgeable I can t say enough wonderful things about AMAN he saved me from over 3 months of frustration and trying to get this fixed THANK YOU AMAN you are a lifesaver Kathy Behne

Helpful Tech Support

The technical support I get from the intermedia team is generally very helpful and they are able to resolved my issue quickly I spoke with one representative the last time who worked really hard to fix a confusing issue She persisted until it was resolved It was a great help to our business that she got it resolved as quickly as she did

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service Even when I called multiple times Dennis was extremely helpful and deserves a raise I did not have the proper credentials so he correctly denied my request and only provided limited information Very impressed with their adherence to internal controls while also being very kind and helpful

Excellent Customer Support

Their level of customer service in my experience is excellent The issue I called them with was actually down to a third party and my Customer Service provider could have passed the buck back but he stuck with it all the way through to the end until the issue was resolved

One of the best business decisions I have made

I moved to Intermedia from a name brand ISP and Lan Line provider and will categorize the change as an excellent business decision Not only did the change save me 50 in cost but the service flexibility and programs are also 150 improved Additionally I can work from anywhere in the world and clients would never know that I am not sitting in my office The sales and service team at Intermedia is fantastic
