This was by far the best interaction with anyone in the service department for any support I have received in a long time Sergio was his name and hopefully this review gives him fame I have Kudos for days for Sergio thanks Intermedia for hiring a winner

Excellent service

Excellent service Totally reliable Support team are brilliant and responsive All round one of the best companies I have worked with Have stopped using them following the closure of my business but I would definately use them again in the future and will always recommend them to people I know

Fake emails

I had received several emails from intermedia requesting that I change my password The emails did not look legitimate to me and I called for confirmation The gentleman I spoke to asked me to email him the email and immediately determined them to be fake He went through my account and helped me change all my security settings to ensure I did not get any more of these emails

Email issues

We email intermedia whenever we run into an email issue that we cannot resolve Intermedia is able to resolve this issue At one point they even ran a Power shell script for us We do not have anyone that is familiar with Power shell

Delivery and receipt of emails was disturbed for odd reasons I called spoke to technical support and was helped immediately Real people no computer no waiting line Just perfect Thank you for such service in today s world

I updated my account to Unite but

I updated my account to Unite but Outlook simply would not work with Intermedia Tech support found that the domain account was incorrectly pointing to another provider Once corrected now Outlook seems to be working great again finally Oh so happy

The Intermedia phone and fax system is incredibly good and robust enough programming wise to accomplish all our needs Costco gave a great discount with Intermedia and we are very pleased with our business solution with them The VoIP phone system and hardware are great also Price is very competitive and good

Superior Support

Called support on a Saturday because one computer was not sinking Ernesto took the call immediately and we spent an hour or more on that computer and some others that were sinking but had some of the same issues he found on the computer that was not syncing Bottom Line Superior Service

I switched from Verizon to Intermedia

I switched from Verizon to Intermedia and will never look back Their onboarding team and customer service follow up has been superb along with all the wonderful new options with our new account The system has so many customizable options and I dont think I have heard the word no when asking for help Don t hesitate to make the switch
