Great Technical Service by Prince of Intermedia Tech Support It turns out that the problem was not one of the Intermedia software we lease from them but a Microsoft OS problem that was impacting on my ability to use my computer Prince from Tech Support solved the problem in minutes Its impossible to get Microsoft on the phone for tech support yet Intermedia responds within a minute or two 24 7 365 days a year with prompt support Who else does that

I appreciated Fardeen s technical expertise it made the onboarding process smooth and efficient Fardeen effectively communicated complex technical details in a clear and understandable manner Even though we encountered a few challenges during the setup he provided timely and effective solutions He showed great patience and provided excellent support especially when addressing my questions and concerns Overall the onboarding experience was outstanding Everyone should learn how onboarding works and provide proper assistance from him

Excellent Tech support at Intermedia

I had a problem preventing me from sending email on an account recently hosted by Intermedia from the IOS phone After a frustrating hour trying to reenter the credentials I tried to log in to Hostpilot Admin only to find that because we changed passwords on the corp email address I got locked out Then I called Joel again because he did such a excellent job previously He patiently walked me through credential settings on IOS and made changes until we got things working It was a corrupt profile I would have never found the issue on my own and he saved me hours of frustration Again This is tech support at its finest In addition he explained the Office 365 licensing through Intermedia which encouraged me to talk to sales about using Intermedia licensing

Super Easy Super Fast and Super Fun to work with

In the last four years I ve used two other providers Both are more expensive and not as robust and workable it turns out Customer service was also adequate but compared to Intermedia robotic and near worthless Seriously impressed with the service and how I m taken care of

We recently moved offices and changed over to a VoIP system The team at Intermedia made the transition flawless and have answered all our questions and been beyond helpful The process has been a breeze from the initial phone call with Zachary to working with Jonathon for onboarding We are extremely satisfied and would recommend Intermedia to anyone

Problems solved

We recently had a question on our invoice and called about it It was a little difficult and the person who took our call was friendly and went to a lot of work trying to find the answer She eventually found the problem and it was rectified We were very happy with the outcome and clarification provided We also like the fact that the service is considerably less than our other phone service provider

Intermedia has a great team of professionals From the sales team through to the onboarding process the experience was very positive They are very professional courteous and knowledgeable And they come up with very creative solutions Will give 10 stars if I could
