The worst clinic they don t know ehat they are doing plus they are rude and don t wanna sort their mess

I do not recommend this clinic I had two operations with them rhinoplasty and otoplasty They did it TERRIBLY The ears are different the nose is crooked and the seam is crooked regarding the service dirty bed the bed was not working The operation was not at the indicated time I waited for a very long time for the doctor they said either he s busy or he s driving in a traffic jam the surgeon never came to see me to see the result after the operation I suffered with terrible pain while waiting for him but he never came The assistant called via video call and that s it they delayed the operation they said there was no light for a day a consultation for a day tests for a day they were just stalling for time I want to warn you Having surgery with them is just stressful I don t even want to come to the alteration and relive this hell again Now we ll have to look for another doctor who will take on the task of redoing this horror

Keen to hear on here from anyone who has been forced to pay significantly more money on the day of arrival despite pictures and videos This company seem to be conning quite afew people and putting lives at risk delaying invasive treatments such as tummy tucks then only giving them afew days until they fly home

I am intrested in zirconium tooth implant spoke to 1 of their medical advisor who said there is no such thing she was rude and said I should do my research I told her there are clinics that are offering this service in turkey why they would hire staff so rude and are not expertise in this field beats me I advise them to train their staff

Ok my teeth are good thank god because if they were not it s tough This is a criminal organisation you have no recourse with them if it goes wrong Iternational Plus is a pseudoname It s not the name of the company that runs this organisation They blatantly overcharged me and told me tough luck I can only imagine what they would do with a surgery that went wrong Unfortunately there is no regulation of dishonest companies in Turkey and speaking from experience give this one a wide berth Further to your reply below You most certainly do have records of my attending your clinic and I have paperwork and photographs to prove it This just further outlines the kind of company you are to try and deny that I had treatment at your clinic Unbelievable

Just an update on International plus They have now stopped answering any of my messages My next course of action is to contact A Current Affair to offer my story I am so dissatisfied with this company I don t want anyone to ever loose money to an unscrupulous company like International Plus They did however reach out to trustpilot to confirm who I am Grrrrr

You go there and you think you get your dream tooth s and then start the nightmare I was there 2 times after the first time I have to go in my country for operation after the mistake of the dentist On the second time was other dentist its a lie that they show you to choose from so much colours for your tooth s how is on the reclames The tooth s after a week they start to get a gray colour and is not totally looking like Hollywood smile They make you to sing papers after the procedures don t give you a copy on the paper for what you pay it is not write from where and what type quality are the tooth s Don t go there and don t waste your money

I sent a very recent x-ray to Cindy at international plus she seemed very nice and soon came back to me with a treatment plan and costing of 4500 I asked on several occasions will there be any extras she said only if I upgrade the implant make etc I also booked a hair transplant at the same time which was scheduled after the dental treatment I booked my flight and was picked up from the airport as promised and taken to a hotel which lets just say was pretty poor The next morning I was picked up as promised and taken to the clinic for the consultation I was very impressed the building is stunning but as I was sitting there I was thinking this must cost a fortune with staff everywhere I had a feeling my bill wasn t going to be what I was quoted After a short time I was taken for a scan and blood test and then consultation to be told all my teeth will need to be removed instead of the 5 implants I will now need 12 along with bone grafts and sinus lifts Then I was told my 4500 bill was now 12500 I of course said no then the hard sell started and then the scare tactics telling me all my teeth were going to full out I still said no and to take me back the only way they would take me back was when I said I would think about it iver night On the way out I was told they will take me to get my hair transplant now I said no as I can t sit in a dentist chair for 4 days without loosing my hair grafts I was advised not to even sleep in a bed I got back to my hotel room booked an internal flight and got a 2nd opinion from a very respected dentist which family who live local use They did the same scan I was shocked when I told them what was said I need 6 teeth out 8 implants no bone grafts or sinus lifts When I told them it was international plus they had said they have had a lot of clients coming from there all with the same story Of course I guess I will have the same reply saying they have never seen me and I m not on there records but I took lots of pictures while in the clinic if anyone should want to see them

I had a very disappointing experience at International Plus in Istanbul and I would not recommend this clinic to anyone especially international patients Here s a summary of my concerns 1- Lack of Preparation Before traveling I sent all my medical reports X-rays and even details about an immune system medication prescribed by my U S doctor Zeina the clinic s representative assured me everything was reviewed and uploaded However when I arrived the staff had no idea about my case The excuse provided that a translator left and took the files with them was completely unprofessional Critical medical information should not be mishandled in this way 2- Implant Procedure Issues I was assured that identifying the brand and key of an old implant I had from 10 years ago would not be a problem However the dentist told me they couldn t proceed without the brand and suggested an alternative involving bone grafting and two additional trips to Istanbul This critical information should have been clarified before I made the trip as it completely derailed my plans 3- Zircon Crown Replacement I wanted to replace the zircon crowns on my top six teeth but the dentist said my teeth were moving and insisted I sign a waiver forfeiting the 25-year warranty they had initially promised This directly contradicted the assurances I was given before traveling 4- Bridge Replacement Recommendation Zeina recommended replacing my bridge with an implant before I traveled However during the consultation the dentist said my bridge was fine and didn t need to be replaced To make matters worse Zeina said See our doctor is honest and ethical because he said to keep the bridge even though it was her recommendation to replace it in the first place This inconsistency was frustrating and undermined my trust in the clinic 5- Translator Issues and Communication Gaps The translator and Zeina gave me conflicting information throughout my visit When I pointed this out Zeina claimed the translator had misunderstood How can a clinic provide a translator who repeatedly misunderstands critical medical details This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the clinic s professionalism 6- Unprofessional Handling Zeina constantly shifted blame and made excuses instead of addressing the issues at hand Her lack of accountability coupled with the clinic s disorganized handling of my case made the entire experience extremely frustrating Conclusion Healthcare is about trust professionalism and prioritizing patient well-being qualities I did not see at International Plus My trip to Istanbul was a complete waste of time money and effort I left work spent money on travel and entrusted this clinic with my health only to be met with disorganization miscommunication and broken promises This is not just about money or inconvenience it s about health which should never be taken lightly I strongly do not recommend International Plus to anyone If you are considering this clinic be prepared for an experience that falls far short of the standards you would expect from a medical institution I strongly do not recommend International Plus If you are considering this clinic be prepared for poor communication a lack of preparation and disappointment I hope they use this feedback to improve their processes for future patients

I had the treatment implants and the work done at the international plus clinic and they gave me the receipts on the plus clinic After 1 year the work broke and they called me to redo it under warranty I paid for my accommodation for 9 days and the plane tickets and when I arrived in Turkey they called me and told me that they didn t take the money but the plus clinic But you understand the same doctors the same building So I had to pay another 3000 euro to fix part of the problem elsewhere after I paid more then 15000euro at International plus clinic 10000 10000 I don t recommend
