Die Klinik ist nett sobald die ihr Geld haben Im Labor haben die die falsche Anzahl von Z hnen fertig gestellt und wir haben f r den vollen Preis bezahlt Keiner meint sich darum k mmern zu m ssen Da 2 Z hne fehlen merkt man das nat rlich auch im Gebiss Das Geld habe ich bis heute nicht wieder gesehen Geht bitte woanders hin The clinic is nice once they have their money At the lab they finished the wrong number of teeth and we paid full price Nobody thinks they have to worry about it Since 2 teeth are missing you can see that in the teeth To this day I haven t seen the money again please go somewhere else

I came to International Plus to get my teeth done from the U K I had so much dental problems prior I was so amazed by the transport provided by International Plus from the Airport to the Hotel the Hotel to the Clinic everything was very organised and punctual Great communication and regular updates received between Selena my medical advisor and I If I was needing any question answering Selena was very much available and she was always here to help throughout my time in Turkey The staff at the clinic were very lovely and friendly They made me feel so welcomed The Doctor was very nice and he worked very hard with my teeth I am so pleased with the way it now looks I feel so much more confident and I am so excited to tackle the work with my beautiful white smile - Thank you International Plus

Got quoted a price befor I went and when I got there the price went from 1200 to 3000 don t trust what they tell you You will get a vast increase once you re there I paid for my flights and hotel so you will have to add that in I found a better price at half what they quoted My advice is don t listen to what they tell you there are many clinics better than them so search other places and check there reviews before you go I have already responded to your enquiry by email Look for email Charles Lukas

Overall I have to say I was quite disappointed with their services though Jack our coordinator ultimately redeemed the experience by personally meeting us at the clinic on our last day My husband and I travelled to Turkey to have his teeth fixed with implants Unfortunately we were not provided with a Spanish translator which was crucial for my husband During the consultation my husband wasn t feeling well and later became seriously ill vomiting and more Despite this we felt pressured to make a decision on the spot with comments like You ve come all this way it would be a shame not to go ahead Reluctantly my husband proceeded with the surgery while still unwell On our second trip there was another issue with securing a translator We were made to wait over two hours on two separate occasions before finally being seen We arrived at 4 pm and didn t leave until 9 pm We were first told the translator had an accident then later informed that she hadn t been available all week We asked Why schedule the appointment if you knew she wasn t available The lack of communication was frustrating and there was no explanation during the long wait he service overall was poor and there was a constant breakdown in communication One person would tell us one thing and then someone else would say the opposite When the final implants were put in they were a different color than what we had chosen leading to a dispute where it was our word against theirs I would strongly recommend recording everything and understanding your legal rights if you choose to use this company While I was initially upset with our coordinator Jack he later proved to be a great asset He physically came to the clinic explained the situation and really fought for us showing initiative and strong leadership skills an asset to any company He went out of his way to help us and we are extremely grateful to him for that The company s major issue lies in communication and they need to focus on prioritizing their clients rather than treating them poorly after payment is made This approach is very wrong

So far so good let s see what happens when I have to go back in September

The bad thing after you pay once the adviser its never in touch with you only if you need the ask someting and at the beginning they said the adviser will be in touch with you for at least one year

Positive experience The transfer from the airport to hotel and to the clinic was well arranged by Casper And I have to give you credits for your telephone support I could ask anything Casper took even the time to check up on me in the clinic twiceBro you give what the clients expect we ll done Buyuk te ekk r Result Very Good Inside this beautiful clinic there are a few points who needs attention 1 planning You must wait until you are informed nobody tells you anything 2 attention inside the clinic they don t inform you about the procedures they are to busy with other clientsFor example I hade an appointment at 19 00 PM for 2 implants I waited 2 hours and 45 minutes before the treatment startedThe doctor very experienced needed 19 minutes to fix the 2 implants So I waited almost 3 hours for a treatment of 19 minutes I asked why I needed to wait so long The assistant came with excuses not solutions unprofessional Unfortunately they kept me waiting without any apologies or excuses towards me Maybe next time better for me Result average My speciale thanks goes to Dr Kerem Patron and his sympatic assistant Nursin you guys were amazing Once the treatment started I felted there positive energy immediately Calm and professional Dr Kerem knows what he is doing B y k te ekk r Result very good My honest conclusion about this whole process from begin till end My 3 treatments 1 shaving my teeth and biting 3 hours 2 the implants 20 minutes 3 fix and finish new teeth 3 hours So this whole process takes 8 hours of work And it took the INTERNATIONAL PLUS CLINIQUE 9 days to finish this treatment Not a bad clinic because the work is good but if they can change a few things in the planning they can even be better Greets from Richard Netherlands
