Great pricing and support

Using their VPS service Very good pricing no overage charges which is nice as there are therefore no surprise fees and good usage limits for bandwidth etc Support team have been very useful when I ve asked for assistance and have responded in less than 1 hour every time Would recommend Only thing I d like would be the option to be charged in GBP instead of USD when paying by debit card as I can t use PayPal and my bank charges me extra fees to pay in USD However the extra charges by my bank still make it work out cheaper than most of the competition Therefore I highly recommend this host

Excellent service and customer support

Customer support is VERY fast and thorough particularly Bijin I know I can email anytime and get a detailed and step by step list of actions for me to do to debug something if I choose to do it myself Or it s done skillfully by a tech In any case for a non techie like me it s peace of mind regarding my websites

Good service Using their Mail Baby product Flawless service Experienced one issue with mails being marked as spam false-positives Support was quick in solving that the delivery rate is great No further issue appeared and it fully eliminates spam Keep it up One month of usage now

Top notch service every time Have been a customer for many years and smallest issue s are corrected right away Most of the issues are just user error never had any issues with downtime or site software EDIT Now how many companies actually read their customers feedback This proves that Interserver is a company to trust and grow your business with Thank you guys

4-5 year experience in total

I read 1 star review and they are not fully wrong such as response ticket so slow lately and I don t know why and very simple problem such as licensing problem it takes almost a day and some is technical problem but all is happy end and helpful so for now I drop you 5 stars

Password reset after 3 days

I ve been pleased with Interserver for years After a server upgrade bork due to my own doing I needed to log in to my Interserver account to reinstall I had forgotten my password It took me 3 days to reset my password after I asked the 7th support agent to escalate the issue for me The process could have been smoother but finally got my password updated

I have been using VPS interserver for one of my websites for the last couple of years Prices are quite reasonable and good technical support I am especially impressed with Sandar He is very knowledge and able to resolve issues quickly I always wish he answers our support ticket Sandar is a tech support and an asset to Interserver
