Suddenly Broke
Tech was very good chat wait time terrible
The tech Suparno who finally attended to my chat was very good Answered all my questions Updated my account for me Was very polite very knowledgeable The wait time however was horrendous Started at 18 in line with 1 5 hr wait time which I felt was reasonable But as my place in line decreased to 9 my wait time increased first to 2 hours then to 3 I persevered made dinner ate did the dishes some filing cleaned my a c filter sorted thru some books suddenly I heard the tweep alerting me someone was ready to chat Maybe it was the time I initiated chat late in the day that mattered I chatted before w someone interserver net the wait time was much shorter 30 min But the tech I chatted with then took much longer pauses to answer my questions Or so it seemed I did a lot of research on hosting companies before I selected interserver net The only ones who were Johnny-on-the-spot with chat were ones that charged comparatively big bucks The only ones who had competitive pricing were overseas - their response to emails times were non-existant or had a 24 hr lag time in response none were around when I tried to chat although they boasted 24 7 support I m just getting started with interserver net hosting Site Pad so am hopeful once I get the hang of things started after the update Suparno did on my DNS propagation I will be rolling need for support won t be such an issue Overall I feel they offer a good product for what they charge And I eventually got good support after a lengthy waiting period so I ll stick with them hope I don t need to contact them often
