Interserver s customer experience has

I have been with Interserver for many years using both Linux and Windows VPS servers They have been very reliable far better than the previous hosting company I used but of course I am touching wood as I write this There was a major issue affecting the whole network recently but I am grateful Interserver acted quickly and resolved it The odd problem can hit any host - it s how they deal with it that counts Support has always answered my tickets fully politely and promptly

I d say this Hosting is more than Okay for normal website to be built on When you don t plan much or budget much use them and when you are planning bigger project still use them They will never disappoint you when it comes to Supporting It takes 10 minutes to respond as per my experience

Jose Viju helped me out with my problem of getting some DNS records added to my domain He was patient and worked through the problem with me until we eventually got it resolved Very thankful for the service

Really great hosting provider

I have good experience with InterServer Chat Support In such a low price this kind of experience is Good though not Excellent If you want Superfast Chat Support then you have to choose more Expensive Web Hosting Provider More money you spend More facilities you get So for a low budget customers Interserver is a Good Web Hosting Provider

Really great hosting provider but my only beef is that they don t activate their Windows Server 2019 slices so you only get the basic updates and are limited in features like you can t change your theme colors in the GUI to make it more readable Other than this they ve been rock solid but I worry about their licensing

Excellent support capability

Host Rating 1- Very good customer service 2- The prices are reasonable 3- Payment methods are good as they are characterized by multiple payment methods Some of the things I return as negatives 1- My website means the maid s response was slow This problem was the only one he found on the site this problem disappears and shows up at some point

There are various product offerings from Interserver I believe all should have some basic level of support I do not appreciate being sent plan upgrade proposals during a crisis The capabilities of the team are excellent and you would perhaps benefit from spelling out some level of support that you would provide under each plan
